How to change texture packs in 1.6.1?

I'm wondering how to change texture packs in 1.6.1 because for me it only shows resource packs.If someone could tell me where the texture pack button is it'd be great! Thanks!

No, if you read the change, it's meant to help support it more (API). You'll need to convert though.
