Does anyone else here feel kinda scared when there playing Minecraft at night in rl?
AND its night on minecraft?
Yeah I do...
I feel like something is going to randomly pop out somewhere in Minecraft... xD
And when someone calls my name or tries to talk to me in rl while i'm playing at night I jump! Lol.
Sigh... Even on peacefull last night I felt like something was going to pop up somewhere and attack me! xD
Anyone else?
Or am I just weird? xD

'All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.' - Gandalf the Grey
I feel generally alone when playing Minecraft at night.
When I play in the day, I have my family and friends to talk to. But at night, when everyone is asleep, it actually feels like I might be the only person on the planet. Very lonely.
Doesnt matter really.
It actually is more of a hassle. More so if i hunt endermen for their pearls.
They never spawn when i actually want them to spawn it seems.... as if they could smell that..

"Really though, it shows the mindset of a Dwarf Fortress player that when running for you life from a 30-foot tall animate bronze colossus, your first reaction to a horde of fluffy bunnies is to grab some and throw them at it." - DF player
I used to get the creepers playing at night while in a cave. Which was back when the skeleton's bow attack sound was so sudden and loud. I would always jump since it was unexpected and I didn't see the skeleton before it hit me.
But other than that, Im good. Though the random ambiance noises that play when there's a hidden dark area, those always give me the creeps!
The first few days, maybe, I wouldn't say scared, just paranoid by the mobs on what can kill me. After day 3 or so when I get enough resources to make some iron armor and sword, I don't become paranoid anymore, instead, the night just becomes an annoyance to deal with.
I get jumpscares when I'm mining in a cave and a skeleton shoots me abruptly after five minutes of complete silence. Nighttime somehow has an effect on how on edge and cautious I am while playing Minecraft.
I used to, in Minecraft. I was cowering in the dark in my dirt hole, wondering what the heck those growling sounds were. Pathetic.
Now, nothing creeps me out, except for the unexpected aggro sound of an Enderman I failed to notice before and the crawling sound effects of the spider. It makes no difference to me whether I play Minecraft at day or at night.

So maybe that's why... It feels so quiet!
