First off, the probability of you becoming big on YouTube is slim to none. I have been doing this for about 9 months and I have only recently been gaining subscribers quickly. But, the one biggest tip I can give you is always have an Idea for what you want to do. If you run of of things to do, the video will get boring. Try to keep them anywhere from 10-20 minutes long. Be sure to be interesting, devise an intro of some sort. Network, find people with similar interests as you, and do videos together, make a twitter, and what not. ***** yourself if you will. You want people to know you, so get to know other people. Most people on YouTube are pretty cool. But try not to get anyone who has a **** ton of subscribers, they will probably not reply to you. Hope some of these help, but that's about all the advice I can give. Also, make sure your framerate does not suck ass. Even if you have to play on low settings, it's better than watching laggy ass video. One last thing, use Fraps, not a ****ing camera.
