Strange how they include new release sounds before they're added. Just as how they change sounds before the new release. But i guess it's to check if people like it. And i do like the sounds i heard.
the click sound is the sound played when clicking on menu buttons in minecraft. it has been used for as long as i can remeber
the drr is the sound played when arrows landed on blocks after they were shot. this sound was replaced by 4 new sounds labeled bowhit1-4, as of release candidate 2
fizz is the sound made when water comes in contact with lava. it might be used for other situations but this is the only example i can think of
breath is a clip of someone breathing, but with a reverb modifier added. it sounds kind of like one of the ambient cave noises, though im unsure of which noise it is exactly. it is unused as of release candidate 2 and ive seen it in the resources folder since 1.5 at least, maybe earlier. it might have been a prototype blaze sound, though I am not sure
drink is the sound made when consuming potions as of release candidate 2
im sure now that rc2 is available for play testing, you may already know what most of these sounds are, but i thought i would help clear up any unsatisfied curiosities with this post.
Could this predict a future update?
So if they are in a future update, then it is not 1.9

[quote=Catelite]Just because you don't understand how something works, doesn't make it broken or pointless. >_<
The chest one, and so on.
