Probably when I was playing Hunger Games on BajanCanadian's server, The Nexus, when I was atop an iron pyramid avout to skydive into water. I ran, jumped - and landed on ONE block of lapis lazuli surrounded by water!

Oh, the anger!

When I was near a cliff and a sheep pushed me off, then I had 1 heart left, but where I landed there was a creeper, it exploded and didn't hurt me, but then I died by falling again...
