if the game does not work for you and your within 7days I will refund you.. This is taken from his "OWN Policy"
I have request this, to no prevail no response, so I contact paypal, Now he isn't responding to paypal request ether..
I have tried 2 of his emails, and his IRC channels with no luck, Mods have tried to get ahold of him for me to no prevail ether
To person above me, I have been patient, thats why I'm not screaming up and down on this thread but posting in a commonly respectful manners
This thread has raised many concerns including a MAJOR Security Hole that is rather URGENT to fix.
but at this point I have lost my faith and Trust in him, if he has all the time in the world to tweet about the new content, respond to other treats, to Facebook and go in and add all that stuff to it, he has the time to respond to a few refund emails, thats how I see it, Those things should come second to o'deals that are important, its what sets good business apart from bad, at this point I can't really say I like minecraft anymore or if its even worth recommending, there is No communication, no responses to questions, or Account issues, or even refund requests, not a Peep, To me I can not accept this as Right. but thats just who I am, I don't believe in taking peoples money and not listening or getting back with people, I could care less if he had the whole world on his shoulders, He choose this path, he choose to take peoples money, Not me.
I can't even play, I only had like 15-30mins the most until I could no longer get it to work? so I can't say I like anymore i haven't had a chance to test new content etc...

The past posts prove it wasn't someone looking for info on the game before buying (unless piracy was involved up to a point.) The game on multiplayer doesn't really matter for this situation. The basic game single player works. (so the game is in fact functioning) I am in no way saying there isn't a problem, but the terms are there for Mojang to do what ever.

That would be the letter of the law. I don't think Notch would really agree with that though.
Notch is a small developer not the legal arm of a big publisher. He has made big concessions to the Minecraft playbase before. I don't see why he would suddenly change his tune.
Why he has not replied to Mira? I don't know. I hope it all gets sorted out soon.

1: Is there any god forsaken way to Make it stay "Day" or at least change the time from "night -2- Day" On my computer screen when it hit dark its not dark its "Pitch black" You can't see anything, This makes it almost impossible to build or to work on projects.
She had the game on the 5th and was playing then. This is more than enough proof that she is telling lies. Claiming 1 week hasn't passed 2 weeks later is just laughable. ( I understand people are upset that singleplayer is down often. When you start stretching the truth and flat out lying it is going way too far)

Dear holy, If you had read my posts, I been having problems Since I Gave Mo the money, There hasn't been a day I haven't had problems with, this is my Second account, the first account wouldn't let me log in saying my account info was wrong when it wasn't I Know I was typing it right, I tried to have them send me a recovery email, Til this day I have never gotten it. I Sent Mo a response weeks back to correct my account, on his own site it says if you have any problems don't Hesitate to contact me!
then my friends tagged team me to get minecraft, So I created a new account (The account I'm on now) and paid for it, when I sent the refund request in I WAS with in the 7day Period if you can't get it to work

Holy, I asked that question for My Roomie, I should have stated that and for that I am sorry, we where testing his server on my computer cause he was hoping I Could host it cause I had a better pc, at that time for very Limited amount of time it was working on my end, (Using his account) it was very dark on my screen, and that question was also My roomie question who goes by the name of nittrius on this Site,

Who cares if that is the same defense you think the "NDF" uses, and mocking a person's post count is just pitiful) It is also possible they are just to busy with the servers and all atm to respond.

That spirit world site you linked is basically a blog site that's had around 5 replies to the blog posts, and your business site is a domain hosted by Godaddy, so you just rent the domain, all the hardware/software support provided for it is done by the hosting company. Renting a domain doesn't make you and expert in server infrastructure and maintenance.

One downgrader actually goes into your system32/drivers/etc/hosts file and adds: 127.0.0.1 www.minecraft.net
