When I look up "longest Minecraft roller coaster" I find many different results. The Guinness World Record is at about 50 minutes, but I've found roller coasters online as long as an hour.
I've personally made a roller coaster over an hour (maybe an hour and a half, I need to test it again, it's still a work-in-progress), and I have no idea what the current real record is. I built it entirely by hand, without use of any mods, command blocks, etc.
Well it depends. If it's by hand then that seems accurate in say Survival, but using world modification tools like WorldEdit could make it the entire world length in mere minutes!
