Ziggy102464's Suggestions A compilation of suggestions to make Minecraft: Legacy Console Edition better
Current Minigames As you know, Minecraft has only a few minigames, each with their own individual maps. The minigames are:
Battle
Tumble
Glide
New Minigames Now it's time for the new minigame ideas! I will provide the normal name, and what Mojang might call it (as you know, they like to change the name)
Murder Mystery | Detectives
Hide and Seek | Finders
Sky Wars | Sky Battles
TNT Run | Sand Dash
Arena Kits | Kit Battles
This one I might need to explain. This is a minigame that me and my friends invented. I will explain it as if it was an actual minigame on console.
You start in the spawn area and wait for a 2nd player to join. Then it takes you to another area (tower, dungeon, mansion, ect.) where you choose a kit based on your wins. And you can choose settings for the kits. (OP Kits, Default Kits, Cheap Kits, ect.)
You can also choose maps and map size, options (No Hunger, Long/Short/Normal length rounds, ect.), You can choose if you want to also have mobs in the arena to have an extra challenge.
There are many maps for this, and there are free maps, and DLC map packs.
Parkour | Jumper
Build Battle | Build-Off
Players vs. Zombies | Zombies
I will also explain this one, because it can get confused with similar minigames like this. I am the maker of this gamemode.
You start in the lobby, and you get teleported to a kit selection room. You have 3 kits.
+ Defense - This is a builder kit, so you get more blocks than other kits, and you can build a base that zombies have to break to reach you.
+ Endurance - This is a high-armor kit, so you get better armor than other kits, so you can survive more hits than others.
+ Strength - This is a high-weapon kit, so you get better weapons than other kits, so you can do more damage to zombies
- Of Course if you don't choose a kit, you get Default Kit. This is a balance of all kits, but a slight less OP.
There is also perks around the map, that will trade rotten flesh for potions. (Based off Call of Duty: Black Ops Franchise)
+ Juggernog = Resistance
+ Stamin-up = Jump Boost + Speed
+ Double Tap = Strength
+ Vulture-Aid = Night Vision
There is also a mystery box, that can give you one out of a somewhat good assortment of weapons. (Different Enchants on Swords, Bows, Hoes, Shovels, Flint and Steel. No Enchantment weapons.)
There is a Pack-A-Punch machine in the map, which can upgrade weapons to the next tier (Iron -> Diamond) (Sharpness III -> Sharpness IV)
This minigame can have an assortment of maps too, with DLC map packs, and some free maps.
This has been my suggestion thread. I hope one of the devs at Mojang see this, and consider some of the ideas, because lately, all of the updates are bug fixes, and skins. There aren't any new blocks, mobs, minigames, textures. But though this may be true, I still love the game, and I think it has, and will still go a long way.
Please Note: I do know they are working on the Aquatic Update for Minecraft: Legacy Edition and I do respect this, but they shouldn't give up on adding new stuff to the Legacy Console Edition after this.
If you are one of the devs at Mojang, and are interested, PM me if you need maps, because I do create (in my opinion) great maps for Legacy Console Edition. I would be happy to help anytime. (And no I am NOT a sellout, trying to get Mojang to talk to me. I actually want to help, because lets be honest. We all want new minigames.) But keep up the great work Mojang. If you do need proof of my building skills, I will create a post within a week of a couple of my builds, and you can decide off of that.
If you have any minigame suggestions, please comment them below. And I will look into those, because without a doubt, there will be some GREAT ideas in your guys' head.
