My family and I have been playing Minecraft for a two years and recently with the new update that was suppose to fix bugs, things in our world started going wrong. Our worlds kept crashing and crashing and then wouldn’t let us even open it with out crashing immediately. I have tried to get help but no response from Mojang or xbox.I tried clearing the cache and uninstalling my profile but that only made our world gray and when we tryed to open any of them it say “ The world is not fully synced or has been corrupted. Try playing this world on a console where it is in a good state and try migrating it again.” So I recently heard to uninstall the game and reinstall it but that didn’t change anything. I notice the my worlds say they are much smaller than what we left off on them last. We have xbox gold and Minecraft was pre installed on our xbox one s console when we purchased it. It seems like this has happened to a lot of other ppl from what Im reading. Some do get the problem resolved but they never say how they did. If this continues to happens, it makes it not worth playing Minecraft or having xbox gold at all. We got this console just for this game and the membership just so that our worlds could be saved to the cloud. Can someone help me out here on how to get our worlds back?
