Castle Miner Z is plain boring. Whoever votes CM because of guns are CoD fanboys.
The only time I have played CoD or BF was at a friends house and I can still see the fun in CMZ. Sure it's not that creative and gets old quickly, but it's more suspenseful. I have had a lot more near death experiences playing CMZ, in an hour, than playing MC all day. That's worth three bucks, in my opinion.
If Facebook, Myspace, and Twitter were all destroyed, 90% of teens would go insane. If you're one of the 10% that would be laughing at them, copy this into your signature and hope it happens..
castleminer Z is ok as a survival game, not very good as a block/building game.
block world (a new indie block game) is ok for building. its only creative mode and it has some ok looking blocks and you can dye everything.
total miner is just too...deep. i hate having to dig 100s of blocks just to get to a new kind. with that said, i think it's the closest to minecraft on the fun/good meter.
minecraft just does practically everything right. the indie games just can't compete.

TotalMiner was the perfect knockoff when we didn't have MC yet. I dumped countless hours into that game. I personally like how deep it is, it feels like a real accomplishment when you make it to bedrock. I had a 2-wide hole that dropped from my basement all the way to bedrock. It was probably a 30 second free fall, maybe even longer. I also like how you can make teleporters with the obsidian, and the currency sysem.
When my son first mentioned he wanted to get minecraft he kept saying that the graphics were meant to be the way they are. It seemed like he was afraid that I would say it looks stupid or something. Now my wife does think it looks stupid. That's fine, keep playing games on the phone. xbox is ours lol.
Personally, It reminds we of legend of Zelda and Lego blocks. I get to build and I get an adventure. Guns would loose that nature quality as well for me. I do build certain things of technology, like TV's, but its fantasy so you add the amount of technical stuff you want.
Dragon's would be cool to have in the game, though. Maybe a way to tame them too.

He's saying that because most games today are judged on graphics instead of gameplay, like, I hate Borderlands 2, the graphics hurt my eyes, it's kind of fun to play, but after 10min of gameplay my eyes are bloodshot and watering. Idk why. Never happens on other games, only on borderlands 2

Religion, has actually convinced people, that there's an invisible man, living in the sky, who watches everything you do every minute of the day, and the invisible man has a special list. Of 10 things he doesn't want you to do. And if you do ANY of these ten things he has a special place, full of fire, and smoke, and burning, and torture, and will send you there to suffer and choke and scream for all of eternity... But he still loves you.
Personally graphics are really good for how they are supposed to be. What I hate is when graphics are really good, but so much detail and they didn't consider color contrast so things in the background look to close, but the faces look real.
Just asking which you prefer, castle miner Z has guns and more ores and stuff. But minecraft has redstone and is always getting better. I'm in the middle, personally. I like to switch to castle miner z if i am not in a redstone mood but i'm still in a blocky mood.
castleminer z is for pc now it takes a long time to install but worth it.

Really i dunno castleminerz has more going for it given it is only in alpha and it is ing hard, the concept i good, they gameplay feels good like in minecraft, but i have to say if people are going to get y about it being a 'ripoff' of minecraft then they should find a new game cause even if it is a repeat then it took of the ideas of minecraft and built up upon which how most of the best games out there are made today.
it hass alot of minecraft guns are awsome so plese givethem a break.
I know that both game are good and are unique. But personally I like minecraft because of the graphic, gameplay, and music. I know that CMZ looks better but minecraft look like the way it look because Notch chose to make it like that. The texture of minecraft gives a classic feeling and make it unique. Mobs are cute and adorable. Also many people like CMZ because of guns. Well, I would already be playing CMZ if it had NO guns. Guns doesn't fit with the surrounding at all. I like minecraft because of the nature-like feeling. CMZ also have that nature-like feeling but it's ruin by guns. I know many people love guns but in my opinion I don't like it much. The last thing is the music. Even though CMZ have great epic music it doesn't fit the calm surrounding. Minecraft have calm music which makes you feel like dream. I know that many people may not agree with this but it's about opinion. Maybe CMZ was better, or minecraft is better, but nothing can judge it.
castleminer z is epci awsome game modes and dragons no portal

Also, I'm a gun nut, and CastleMiner has a semi-automatic bolt action rifle. Nuff said.
A gun nut? What kinda guns do you own?
OT: CMZ isn't too big of a deal, and nor is the original CM, but they are both unique and different. One thing; it's waaay too easy to buy wood and make doors and sell them for a profit. Infinite money in that game is too easy.
