i have 9 saves on my PS4 which, with the exception of 1 save which was created 3 days ago for my daughter, have all been there for a very long time. 3 days ago when i created a new world for my daughter i was showing her the seed # for the world for my son, so all the seed #;s were there.
Yesterday we get the update, so i update of course as usual. there were no issues during the download or installation t all and i resumed playing my own world. then i noticed the seed # for the save was set to "0" (it was originally 223817).
at this point i check my other 8 saves.. and all of them have been set to "0" WTH??????
i am wondering if anyone else has had this happen as well. this is extremely upsetting since now i can't even find the old seed #'s to any of my saves if i wanted to share them or recreate the world, and i am very very worried how this "0" will impact my existing saves to the point where i may have to give them up completely if something bad happened.
how could something like this happen with an update, as this is a major bug imo with possible major ramifications....
I remote play Minecraft onto my Vita and in addition to the seeds saying 0, the D-pad and the touch controls on the Vita doesn't work either. It works in the menu of Minecraft but not in game. So there is no way to toggle through the inventory to switch items as you play. Huge issue!

They are saying that it wont affect the seed if you save. I agree this is a major problem.
