I really want to download some maps for ps3,but i don't have a flash drive. So i was wondering if there was a way (without playstation plus) to download maps? Also what websites have maps on them?

You can't 'download maps for ps3'. It's agains the TOS and a bad practice in general.
Consoles are not like the PC.
