Ok so i was making an server and was making portals to the nether land and found out that the all go to the same portal. Please fix this this is becoming a big issue now

They're all connecting to the same portal in the nether because they are too close to each other in the overworld. I would guess that since the world is so small that (maybe) only 5 portals would be possible (middle of the map and near each corner). Check out the Wiki for a better explanation of how they work.

Since this appears to be a matter of distance rather than an actual bug, not locking for now.
(and yes, how the game decides where to put the receiving end of a portal is complicated, arcane, and sometimes counter-intuitive)
