Waited on this game for a long time only to be disappointed by no voice chat support as I can see, can someone tell me how to get it to work?

When I press select there is no voice chat symbol beside our names in the leaderboard, please give a solution.

Is there any voice chat at all?

I'm just going to go ahead and guess that they'll need to patch something to make it work.

I too can see the microphone moving next to my name but nobody can hear each other.
