We are a family of five and we are learning about Minecraft. I thought this was just a game my kids wanted but I see it's a whole world!
I have three kids, which need help to setup a game since they are young (7,9,12).
We bought the Switch minecraft which brings the Super Mario Themed world. Our problem is that I cannot find a way to have a world that is persistant no matter who the initial user is. I want a world to be shared by all three. Note: We just want in the switch, locally, no need to play with friends over the internet for now.
To explain myself better (if needed) this is what happens:
Kid 1 logs in the game with his user account in the initial Mario themed world. Other two kids log in after. They play for a while, modify the world, stop playing. Next day, Kid 2 logs in first. Their initial changes are gone. They redo them and do more. Next day Kid 1 logs in first, yesterday changes are gone...
Obvious solution is for the first player to use always the same player, but they want to customize their appearance so this is not cool.
Besides, seing how complex and nice the game is, this must be easy to solve I guess. I just cannot find how to have one shared world by all three accounts in all the options!
Any help is apprecitated, or indication of where to look for more info.
