Hello. trying to resolve an error for my son. He uses a Nintendo Switch to play Minecraft. When we want to add minecoins we get an "Account Error". It says we will not be able to access marketplace until we have resolved the issue. When we press the help.mojang.com button we get a blank screen. It's been like it for weeks and I have no way that I can see to resolve it. Can anyone help or give some tips on how to sort it.
I also have the same problem. I’ve contacted Mojang help and they say to check my wifi on switch. wifi is fine, absolutely not the problem.
people online suggest to wait a couple of days and then it will be working. I’ve been waiting two months.
today I tried adding billing info but this still isn’t solving it.
starting to feel like the issue is Microsoft not integrating with Nintendo. So many people out there with error code Creeper, Crossbow but no help. So frustrating.
