Does anyone know of fully auto sugarcane, melon and pumpkin farms for switch? I tried to build a few of Skippy 6's recent builds but none of them work.
Many auto designs work. I use ilmango's 'awesome melon and pumpkin farm' design, modified slightly, and a modified version of the sci-craft server sugar cane farm.

Sugar cane farm tutorial:
On the melon and pumpkin farm design I only had to change the way the minecart gets back to the top. I just replaced the translocator system with a minecart track that takes the cart up.
The sugar cane farm I modified slightly at the ends where the signal is passed to the next row or upwards, but that wasn't required to make it work on console, it was just a little more lag-optimised than the original design.
There are many other designs for both farm types that work just as well or better depending on the scale your looking for. My farms are large, my melon and pumpkin farm is actually four of those 'awesome' towers 7 layers tall, and the sugar cane farm is 60 x 40 x40 approximately.
I'm not familiar with Skippy6's designs, I really don't pay much attention to his redstone stuff. If they use observers though that may be the reason they do not work correctly. 4J has had a lot of problems getting them to work right and they still haven't figured it out completely. Thats really the only reason I can think of that his designs would be totally broken, as its really hard to break most designs for either farm.

Awesome! I’ll have to check those out. Thank you so much
