In this seed you spawn pretty much directly above a dungeon with 2 chests that have name tags, iron horse armor, a saddle, and more. Your also spawned really close to a lot of pumpkins.
I found plenty of other locations as well and there is a nice ice spike biome that would be great for building a sky base. The seed is -2481415758363200062
