Just tried the seed... i have explored about half of the map... mostly the part with the most desert, and i have found 4 villages already; 3 desert, 1 forest. there is a temple in between 2 of the villages, and you can see the temple from both villages, but sadly, there are no chests or rewards inside the temple. In the desert village closest to the forest village, there is a hole that leads to a cave spider spawner. Still more stuff to explore, but from what I've seen, it is the PERFECT seed.

Also there is a hole in the village farther from the temple which leads to a skeleton spawner with 2 bonus chests.
