I found the name of this seed on another website, but there was no information really posted about it, so I checked it out last night.
It turns out that it is a very nice classic survival island seed. You spawn on a very small spit of land with two larger (but still very small) islands in view nearby. One of those has a single tree (the only tree on the map) and some sugar cane. Both islands have grass and sand. There is a cave system beneath one of the islands that connects to a mineshaft with both pumpkin and melon seeds and a zombie spawner in it. There are also several visable diamond ore pockets in an arond the mineshaft.
As you get to the far end of one of the two islands that are visible at spawn, an adjacent mushroom island will come into view. Across the map, the is another archipelago of small grass and sand islands.
The stronghold is quite a distance from the spawn island and, of course, completely under water. The end portal is confirned to be intact.
The real plus of this seed is that there is a swampy biome area (although that area has no land in it at all at generation). However, I've discovered that if you lay down grass (via silk touch) in that area, you will be able to legitimately spawn cows, pigs, sheep and chickens in a suvival island world.
Enjoy!... but be careful you don't wind up "sleeping with the fishes."
TU12 Update - This seed has changed surprisingly little. There are now a total of 4 oak trees on the entire map and the swamp area in the upper left corner of the map has turned into a small desert island.
Did some more exploring of the mineshaft that connects to the cave system under one of the islands adjacent to the spawn island. I have good news and bad news... the melon seeds I thougt I had found were cocoa beans, so this means that, so far, this particular mineshaft doesn't have melon seeds. However, it does have a regular spider spawner (in addition to the zombie spawner) and, of course, a cave spider spawner.
Got back to playing this seed on the weekend. Found a skeleton spawn and a zombie spawner if you dig straight down below the mushroom island to the left of the group of islands just to the left of the spawn island. The spawners are connected to a very large cave system that connects with a ravine. Forgot to bring the coordinates with me today, but will get them and post them later tonight.
Skeleton Spawner is at X-125, Y28, Z412 and Zombie Spawner is at X-146, Y23, Z351
When I originally scoped out this seed, I forgot to write down the coordinates for the End Portal. Since starting to play this seed again recently, I wasn't as fortunate as I was the first time and it took me a long, long time to find the End Portal and realized that the portal room is actually completely cut off from the stronghold itself. Anyway, I've found it again and am just posting the coordinates in a spoiler below for those that might want to use them:
End Portal is at X62, Y13, Z-58 (standing on top of silverfish spawner)
Thanks for all your help on this very fun map. Friend and I are trying to power through to the end on the X360 version after recently beating the PC version. What level is diamonds most likely to be found on. On PC we always went to -Y10 or so. X360 seems to be stingy at that depth LOL!

Once you get into the abandoned mineshaft, work your way down to the lava lakes on Y12 just below the mineshaft. There are several diamonds visible around those lakes. There are also diamonds in two of the stairlike portions of the shaft.
Thanks. I finally found a few digging around some lava in some other areas. Will check those areas out as well. Been really enjoying this seed thanks again for posting it. We were contemplating between creating an arrow farm with the zombie spawner or going to the swamp biome to spawn some chickens. We decided to do the chickens. Interesting cave system and diamonds up there at:
I can't find the swampy biome, do you have approx coords?
I'm not in front of the Xbox right now, but the biome covers a fair-sized area in the upper left hand corner of the map. You won't find any land there, just lily pads floating on the water.
sorry The Godfather seed sucks and the best island sur seed is Halo 3, the best Halo 3 the worst The Godfather LOL
don't play games dominate them
Quickly checked out your suggestion tonight. "Halo 3" is indeed a very nice island seed, but I wouldn't classify it as a classic survival island seed since it has 7 or 8 trees on the spawn island and a swampful of them elsewhere on the map.
If you like island seeds that play out a little easier than classic survival islands (i.e. those with only 1 tree on the map), you might want to also check out "blarg" (without the quotes). It has pretty much everything except villages and vines (that is, it has pumpkins, cacti, snow, sugarcane, spruce, birch and oak trees and lots and lots of animals) even though it is probably about 85% - 90% water.
This seed looks interesting. I'll go check it out tomorrow.

I started a new "The Godfather" in TU12 today, and the seed has changed surprisingly very little. Spawn is still the same, but there are now 3 trees visible from spawn. One on the same island as before and two on the island with the cave and Mineshaft and the mineshaft is still there. The swampy area in the upper left corner of the map that had no land in it has now changed into a small desert island. The seed now has a total of 4 trees on the entire map.
This will be great can I have the coordinates to the spider spawned.

I'll have to dig up this seed again from my archived USB stick (i.e. I don't have it on my Xbox hard drive anymore). May take me a day or two to get back to you.
