Did you ever want arrows with special abilities? Are you too lazy to get mods and don't have much knowledge with redstone? Then you have come to the right place. Today I will teach you how to get ender arrows, block arrows, and lightning arrows. So let's start with the ender arrows.
Ender Arrows
First start of with a comparator clock
Now place 3 command blocks, a comparator, and a repeater.
Now, type this in the first command block: /testfor @e[type=Arrow] {inGround:1b}
In the second one type in: /tp @p @e[type=Arrow]
In the final command block type in /kill @e[type=Arrow]
That's it. Enjoy you ender bow and arrows!
Block Arrows
Block Arrows are a little more complex. Start with a comparator clock as always. now make a replica of the ender arrows. Don't type in any commands though. First Command Block: /testfor @e[type=Arrow] {inGround:1b}
Second Command Block: /execute @e[type=Arrow] ~ ~ ~ /setblock ~ ~ ~ stone Stone can be changed to any block you want.
Final Command Block : /kill @e[type=Arrow]
Have fun with you block bow!
Lightning Bow
Set up the comparator clock, and place the 3 command blocks as always. Let's do this!
First Command Block: /testfor @e[type=Arrow] {inGround:1b}
Poison Arrows are the hardest to make. First, make this setup. (pictures at the bottom)
First Command Block: /testfor @e[type=Arrow] {inGround:1b}
Second Command Block: /summon ThrownPotion ~ ~100 ~ {Potion:{id:373,Damage:16420,Count:1,tag:{CustompotionEffects:[{Id:20,Amplifier:5,Duration:10}]}}
Third Command Block: /tp @e[type=ThrownPotion] @e[type=Arrow]
Final Command Block: /kill @e[type=Arrow]
Scoped Bows
It's not very "elemental" if you will, but it took me a long time so I might as well show you guys how to.
Just type in :
/give @p minecraft:bow 1 0 {Unbreakable:1,AttributeModifiers:[{AttributeName:generic.movementSpeed,Name:generic.movementSpeed,Amount:100,Operation:1},{AttributeName:generic.movementSpeed,Name:Speed,Amount:-1,Operation:2,UUIDMost:865233515,UUIDLeast:740245556}],display:{Name:Scoped Bow}}
Firework Arrow
A really cool one!This one is a little bit difficult, it it is worth it. First, set this up. (pictures at bottom)
Pretty basic to be the least but you could estent this further: do an arrow that set people on fire, set an arrow that give poison.... Two easy challenges honnestly

You need to add a delay so it gives time for the arrow to land. Or you could test for the last frame using [c=-1] at the end. Otherwise the effect would happen as soon as it leaves the bow.

Tadadada! Now you have them
Thank you guys for reading. If I get positive feedback I will make more types of Elemental Arrows. I think this concept deserves 9 out of 10 Notches
Please comment telling me if you liked my first MInecraft Forums post! Thank You!

Make sure you typed it all correctly. This was my first post so it's not very professional. Sorry.

this way you can actually see the block as it flies through the air.
tp @e[type=FallingSand] @e[type=Arrow]
/summon FallingSand {Id:152,Time:1}
Oh Yeah! I never thought of that. It wouldn't overide blocks... or would it. I will test it and if it works upload it.

Oh, can't read webdings? Here.
It's cool, that frozen thing, but it's almost exactly what etho did with TNT in the beginning of ...
Change the first one from /testfor @e[type=Arrow] {inGround:1b} TO /testfor @e[name=unknown] {inGround:1b}
The second one from /tp @p @e[type=Arrow] TO /tp @p @e[name=unknown]
And the third one from /kill @e[type=arrow] TO /kill @e[name=unknown]
(Of course use fishing rod instead of a bow...)
Tell me what you think!
Typed all commands correctly.
Should i add the ~~~?
Yeah. I would. I was a noob when I made this so nothing was very clear. I apologize again for that.
