Really optifine need to have a support team at least!
They're a small group of developers making a mod. I believe support should probably be quite low on their to-do list, but you do have a point since they are taking in people's money.
I already contact paymentwall support, first they say they cannot do a refund cause the trans is successfuly done! but i reply to them to move my donotar email from the hacked one to a new one, they say We'll try to move your donator, but i didn't get an email from them for like 2 days from now ):
