Um.. isn't "Intel HD 4400", for a Laptop? I don't think you can modify a Laptop. >.>
If you are looking to upgrade, check into buying a Desktop PC. Laptops aren't exactly okay for gaming in the first place.
And "Your previous Question" ? You only asked one thing. o.o Unless you are talking about the title of your thread...?
If so, then go into your graphics settings (In MineCraft), and make the settings look like this:
It won't look very nice, but it will certainly help with lagg, and better Fps.

My current PC:
• Ryzen 9 3900x @4.2GHz
• 64GB DDR4 @3200MHz
• MSI RTX 2080 Ti Gaming X Trio
• 2TB NVMe SSD
• 6TB in HDD space
• Four monitors at 4k
The intel hd graphics are just drivers. The processor being improved would help much more. I would recommend just getting optifine and high performance mode if you are on windows, and if you use linux like me, you can use that one app to change how much processing power you are using. My pc runs Minecraft at 50 fps and my pc has slightly worse specs than you. I dual boot, so my specs are actually a bit complicated.

Whether improving the processor would help in this case is hard to tell, since the OP has not specified whether he has a dual-core or quad-core processor. If the former, upgrading to a quad-core would be helpful, but otherwise, the processor isn't very important.
No. Intel HD Graphics is a graphics processor, separate from (but usually connected to) the processor. Which Intel HD Graphics the OP has is of great importance, as there are significant differences between these GPUs. For instance, the HD 5000 has twice as many cores as the HD 4400, and the Iris Pro has 128 MB of dedicated video RAM. Contrary to popular belief, Minecraft is a very graphics-heavy game, especially when set to high render distance. But as Quavelen said, if the OP has a laptop, upgrading probably isn't really an option.
You're fine lol. Everyone has to start somewhere. =) And "OP" is like "Opening Post". Basically when someone says "OP" in a thread, they are speaking about the person who created the thread; in this case - OP is you.

That's what I thought too, but when you get down to it either if these things adequately describes what was meant.
