Hello, all of Minecraft! Thanks for all the views on my other forum posts! I was really excited when I found out that all of the people really looked at my posts! As a reward, I will teach you guys who have a Kindle Fire how to download maps without a rooted device. Lets jump right in!
NOTES (Please Read) 1. Requirements
- A Kindle Fire (I don't know if this will work with a HD/HDX fire) that doesn't have to be rooted.
- ES File Explorer For Cupcake (find it at the app store; I don't know if it will work with the regular ES File Explorer)
- Minecraft Pocket Edition application (I don't know if it will work on the demo version) 2. Block Launcher/Block Launcher Pro
- Block Launcher/Block Launcher Pro IS NOT needed! 3. Internet Usage
- Internet IS required to download the maps
- Internet IS NOT required for any of the required apps
HOW TO DOWNLOAD
Step 1: Create a new world in MInecraft PE app
Step 2: Close out of the world and go to the main menu
Step 3: Download any map
Step 4: Open ES File Explorer for Cupcake and go to downloads
Step 5: Extract (open up the) ZIP file that you download by pressing the file for a long time
Step 6: Open up the new file that you just created
Step 7: Use multiselect option (the folder with a plus near it at the top of the screen) to select everything in the file and copy it (hold one of the selected files for a long time and press "copy", and a little window should pop up at the bottom of the screen)
Step 8: Go to the home menu
Step 9: From there, go to Games Folder<com.mojang<MinecraftWorlds<The new world you created
Step 10: Use multiselect to select every file (including the players file) in the new world you created file and delete the selected files
Step 11: Slide open the window at the bottom of the screen (in your new world file) and press everything as fast as you can to copy it (if you fail at this task, go back and copy the file not copied and paste it in the your new world file)
Step 12: Close out of ES File Explorer for Cupcake, go to MInecraft Poket Edition, and open up your new world (it might be renamed) and behold magesticness.

You Rock!!! This is exactly what I came to the forums hoping to find! Why can't there be an easier way, or at least a centralized or standard platform so that everyone can get the instructions for these things easily? I am dreaming of the day when I can simply go to a link, click download, then start playing. (As a Kindle FireHD user I often feel like an afterthought, maybe it's time to upgrade beyond a Kindle.) Somebody out there could make it rich providing that service for maps, mods, textures, etc, lol! Thank you so much!
1.Go to playstore (or app store).
2.Search "Maps For Minecraft"
3.After downloaded, find a map and press download (requires Internet connection)
4.Then the map is ready to play!

I have returned after all these years and I'm internally dying inside whenever I think about the posts I've done prior to this current year. Just don't look at them.
