4 Pillar Complete The Monument
This is a survival CTM map inspired by 4 Pillar Survival and the original FTB challenge map.
Description:
In this skyblock style map it's you've been tasked with completing a FTB type monument The monument consists of 3 floors, each containing 32, 8, and 1 challenges respectively, and a reward will be given for each challenge completed on the first 2 floors; albeit, not all of the rewards would be deemed very useful. Some resources might not be obtainable through conventional means, and will require a considerable knowledge of the game to acquire.
Rules:
Find and complete the monument. (It's not very hard to find)
Don't break any of the monument and be especially careful of mob damage.

Well, sorry to anyone who's already downloaded the map but I didn't include sugarcane in any of the reward chests so the map is impossible. The new download fixes that, but to anyone whose already started playing feel free to just spawn a few reeds in.
So far I've finished just over half of the challenges on the first floor and I've been having a lot of fun. Do any of the reward chests contain potatoes and/or carrots? I haven't gotten any yet.

Edit 2 : I /give me one red mushroom because I didn't find any, even in the 3 fortresses.
You're able to get red mushrooms by shearing mooshrooms. There is a mooshroom island biome in the overworld and you can use the mycelium to get spawns. I'm glad you enjoyed the map. Thanks for pointing out the requirement of the extra magma block, I'll fix it in the next update.
1/ Better loots in chests[/b] (pieces of enchanted stuffs/armors ?), or at least usefull (no rails, no doors, no fireworks ...)
The map was intended to be challenging and I ran out of useful rewards so most of them are junk. The doors could have helped with a villager farm and cut back on the wood requirement. If I make a sequel I'll try and make the rewards more useful.
2/ Slimeballs in chest ? Because getting 4 magma cream was really an anooying part of the map. (The magma cubes are jumping into the void !)
The swamp should have made it easy to get slimeballs, and outside due to the low spawning area outside the monument it should be very easy to find nether mobs.
3/ Perhaps also put a sign "dont break any bloc on the pyramid" somewhere near the nether portals.
See "Rules:"

No. You can get them from Zombies. Seeing as you have a mob grinder built you can probably get them pretty quick (if you haven't already. Sorry for the late response.)

Thanks for taking the time to finish the map though. I'm really glad you enjoyed it. I'll keep your feedback in mind if I decide to make a version 2, and if I get around to it at least replace the "junk" rewards with something more useful for the time being.
Edit: I just uploaded v1.4 and made the rewards "better." There's not as much "junk" and the player should be able to find a use for it pretty easily or at a minimum make their island look pretty.
Here's where I am so far. My only issue is that this is my second attempt. I restarted when v1.2 was uploaded. First play thru I had a potato dropped really, really early. Now here I am days into the second map and I can't get a potato to save my life. So I can't get a poisonous potato to continue the game and finish the challenges on level one. I'm stuck. I've kill wave upon wave of zombies in my mob spawner and nothing. I've gotten about 5 carrots and 6 iron ingot drops but no potato at all. It's driving me crazy. I've gone through so many swords. I need to go do some more fishing in hopes of getting a looting book. I'm steps away from just spawning in a potato because the rng is being ridiculous.

This looks really interesting. I'll try it out and let you know how it goes.

Yes. There is a second ice block in on of the reward chests, or you could fill a cauldron with rain water.
Yes. There should be 3 directly surrounding the monument. They allow the player access to blazes and wither skeletons.

Also, here is a picture of my base so far.

Your base looks amazing! I'm really glad you've enjoyed the map so far. Oh, and good luck with that potato.
Rion1337 I have just downloaded your map and put it on my MC server.
I will play this with one of my friends, thanks for the hard work.
