I've updated the map, fixing some of the bugs Logdotzip encountered and clarifying some of the puzzles.

Changelog:

• Added signage to prevent people from playing on invalid Minecraft versions.
• Added examples to puzzle descriptions.
• Clarified some puzzle descriptions.
• Fixed a few broken input/output series' that were causing problems (hopefully).
• Credits in the intro book.
• Plays some music when the map begins.
