The 3D ores absolutely TANK my fps.. on my world I get around 100-200 fps normally.. this new update got it down to 10 when looking down because then they are all loaded for some stupid reason.. And they don't work with Faithful's random ore textures.
Also would it be possible that you put each block's files in a separate folder? It would be easier to manage/delete stuff that one doesn't use!
And a little bug report, when walking or falling on the foot half of the bed, it shows the purple/black texture! And also, east-west facing powered detector rail also shows the black/purple texture!
I like the look of the sword and random textures/mobs would be a great feature.
Well, I can implement some culling on those ores, I never actually tried the ores on a default world, so I apologize for that. I'll try to get a bug fix out earlier tomorrow, maybe even tonight if possible. Also, thanks for the message on the bed, as well, thanks for your opinion!

Guys, I'm gonna release one more update before New Year's Eve. It'll include cake, fireworks, swords and fishing rods (better lighting for preexisting models as well). I will also scrap bookshelves and ores (for now... ) As well, due to the release of CTM for Faithful, I'm gonna make an "add-on add-on" for MCPatcher support. Just to note, some models already have support for CTM just by chance. The pack will be available for download in the OP.

Lol, fix is in 1.7.1 when it shows up for download. The problem was that there was an extra underscore somewhere!
A word about the release:
I understand that if you drop items containing a model I did, they look small. In fireworks, item frames, dropped, they all look small. This is a bug with the game. What's happening is when you make the model, you choose the rotation, position and size of the model for first and third person and GUI. There's no option for "entity". Now, you'd think that you could just re-size the original model, but you can't accurately re-size it. Up vote the bug here: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-75908.

2. I removed 3D ores in the last update due to many lag complaints. (Cubik PRO added a new feature to COMPLETELY optimize models, so I made add them later, or completely redo them)

So far, I've finished lilypads, fixed turned rails, and make slanted rails look more like the vanilla ones. However, I have implemented something even cooler! I've added many performance improvements; my computer's fps has increased by a solid 30%!
For the next update, I plan on doing potion bottles and enchanted books (I'm trying to keep with the theme of the nearest holiday). For anyone whos interested, I plan on finally doing crops in the update proceeding this upcoming one.
Here's the deal: I know of a couple texture pack customizers on the internet, but none of the work with 3d models. Not only that, but I would need to display the Faithful textures without including them in the pack. Even if I just took pictures, they would be constantly changing, and a pain in the butt for new features... I'll keep looking, though. I all else fails, I'll just reformat the pack, and include instructions on how to remove specific models.
Edit: I am thinking of doing a NovaSkin preview; screenshots are annoying :/
The potions look pretty good but in the top and bottom face of the corners there should be a white pixel in my opinion like I did in the attachment.
Also the splash potions aren't looking quite right

Small shading bug in the latest version, doors have a light black shading around the middle when its surrounded by other blocks. It looks kinda weird when that's there.

This may just be a bug with minecraft. Is it only with one type of door? Have you tried using the prerelease? Thanks for letting me know! (I may know what went wrong...)

I think it's just the iron doors and the oak doors, I'm not sure. I haven't been using the prerelease, I was just using the latest version on the CurseForge page with 1.8.1. It looks like the doors have a shadow on them like shaders but it looks strange. I'll post a screenshot later if you need one
EDIT: Here's a screenshot. Notice how its darker the surrounding blocks which I don't like. Also, the door seems to have lost its 3D knob

The problem now is that I have lilypads with CTM in my pack and that doesnt work with 3D as you saw from the picture I posted a while ago. I was wondering if you could make it work with the CTM..
As you can see, the lilypads go in more directions in my pack:
But if you can't make it work with CTM, it's not a big deal either!
Nice eye! As for the CTM, there is a feature that needs to be implemented in order for this to work. However, when it is, I add another download to get it to work with it!
I found that a while ago and downloaded it and it looks awesome but it uses default textures so doesn't fit with the faithful TP and it has problems with the grass overlays.
Today I tried to make it work with this 3d pack myself but just couldnt..

I'm having trouble with the Chiseled Stone Brick. I see it in 3D when it's a Monster Egg, bu I see a missing texture when it's the bloc itself. It appears with the good texture in my hand but once placed, I see a missing texture.
Any answer ?

You should also make 3D models for:
-bricks, bricks slabs and stairs;
-cocoa beans, pumpkins and melons stems
-Daylight sensor

Notice how the lily pads facing one of the four directions is fine? I think I know how this, as for the vertical alignment: whoops.
