The 1.17 v1 is a significant release. It sees me return to Minecraft and texturing. I had a great time updating this pack and I hope you enjoy it.
AD Reforged is a reboot of the previous title: Arestian's Dawn. It comes with many changes and remakes of the previous textures. A resource pack inspired by classic and medieval period styles, such as Norse, Celtic, Neo-Roman, and high fantasy themes such as Dwarven and Elven.
With the retirement of TheVoid1313, AD-Reforged was sadly languishing into oblivion. I have been graciously granted permission to keep the brilliant pack alive. TheVoid1313 has been wonderful in assisting me to learn the concepts and style behind this work of art. I hope the new textures are so seamless that you cannot tell a new artist is extending the pack.
AD-Reforged Beo Fada! Long Live AD-Reforged!

I love this resource pack so much, it deserves so much more recognition then it gets! Thank you for not letting it die!
I am having fun with it. The previous author has been very generous with his time and helping me understand his concepts. I plan to keep it looking great.

I am so glad that you are continuing this pack! I love what you have done, especially with the 3d models. My only gripe is that for as amazing as the water texture looks for fountains/rivers/steams, it looks quite bad for the ocean. Is there any chance you would make a ocean-biome-specific water texture?

Thank you for the suggestion and I will definitely look into it. I appreciate when people care enough to offer feedback.

(koo-star-neek) The real numbers are countable and I CAN prove it. Cantor was wrong!
Wow, I've been sticking with the same texture pack for over 2 years now thinking nothing could ever take its place. Now that I've found this pack, that is going to change once I update to 1.9. Great job on the pack!

I tested and It seems to work for me. Please try again. If it fails try here. This is where I store the packs. Please let me know if it fails at CurseForge and I will report the bug.

I've always really liked Arestian Dawn so I'm glad to see that you've taken over. Kyctarnig, I am pleasantly surprised and not a little bit impressed at your skill! All of these texture packs you've revived and you've managed to keep the art style distinct for each one.
Keep up the great work!
I'm really glad to see all these texture packs still going.

Thank you for that high compliment. I work very hard to keep the styles and pallettes intact. I am still learning so if you have any hints or suggestions, they will be gratefully received. Especially where I make mistakes

Hey dude, I totally love this pack, but *personally* I think the obsidian has a little too much highlighting and is a little too bright - it looks to me like a bunch of little round shiny bits, and not a *block* of obsidian.
And the snow texture seems really like that hard, crunchy snow and not a nice smooth layer of snow.
That's just my opinion! Thanks for excellent work on an awesome pack. It's beautiful!

Hi Guys,
AD-Reforged is now updated for 1.9 and more of the previous MC base is completed. I love this pack. I hope you enjoy it too.

I am not certain what I am seeing. I recognise the pail of milk on the bottom but what are the top?
I think that is Biomes O Plenty replacing the bucket with it's own procedural bucket, which in this case got mangled.

I guess that means I need to start mod support. Thank you BTW eleazzaar.
It should be something they can turn off in the configs.
