Gonna get ahead and work on End stuff. Perhaps the End Cities could be former research facilities similar to Nether Fortresses, and Shulkers could be sentry turrets that fire target-seeking projectiles that create artificial (temporary) gravity fields around whatever it hits, which explains the levitation effect.

I've used this pack since 1.7 and I haven't been this excited for an update since 1.9 came out. I can't wait to see what y'all do with the end cities lore-wise.

Hey guys! I recently updated minecraft to 1.9 and the gui is all messed up. Im kind of pet peeved by this because i also updated my RP server and I cant figure out how to downgrade it. I hope that the pack gets updated soon!
Hey guys, this is my favorite texture pack and I've been silently following it for a long time (the oldest copy on my computer is circa late 2012). I know it wasn't on the to-do list, but I was recently was playing, and I got annoyed that the randomobs textures all were low-res and neon colors.The creeper textures seem to have been fixed a while back, but the skeleton and zombie textures still bothered me, so I decided to use my limited skill with GIMP to make some new ones.
I tried to give each one a little character instead of making them all bland recolors; I dunno how that came out.I hope I didn't make them too bright. since I've ripped off the proverbial bandaid of making an account maybe I'll start posting on here now, maybe make some spider textures next. My skill with texturing is pretty much limited to recoloring others work, so don't count on me to fill gaps in the missing texture roster, but I hope stuff like this helps.
To save space I am posting my work in a pair of galleries, and don't forget to give feedback (especially on skeleton 8).

Sorry for that mishap. I should also note that there appeared to have been an issue where the bottom of the leg and the front of the arm had reversed textures on the zombies. I've resolved this, so I recommend using the zombie texture above even if you don't use randomobs.

I'm gonna start working on End stuff as soon as I have a sure idea of what everything is going to be, probably gonna do the purpur blocks when I can get an idea of what they'll look like. Want them to be actually able to be used a decorative block.

I'm gonna start working on End stuff as soon as I have a sure idea of what everything is going to be, probably gonna do the purpur blocks when I can get an idea of what they'll look like. Want them to be actually able to be used a decorative block.
What about making the End Cities space facilities? Like, make the end a section of deep space that warps perception, and it seems to have it's own atmosphere, and the cities are space stations / fortresses. And then make the end ships Quantum "tears" from another time period, which explains their look.
so i made a 1.7.10 server that htc vive and normal players can both play on. with mcpatcher, Last Days, and digital nightmare installed. that can run bukkit (and forge?- to be tested)
still working on the LD modpack -(this has been slow because, I pretty much only know how to gather the mods and make them work together.
I don't yet have any idea on how to combine mods/ edit them to help fit with the lore.

These nifty machines are quite useful. Their basic function is of course heating stuff using batteries. However, their input slots are also able to rapidly oxidize certain materials inserted, such as wooden items and some of the scrap metal. Another, lesser known function is to make 'salvaged batteries' from certain materials.
Also, how's the 1.9 version coming along? And what about the new 1.10 snapshots?
If we want the old redstone back, we need a new model, becasue the redstone was changed, and so was the overlays. If one just takes the vanilla resdtone model, and add a layer just above the original one, you'd set the new layer to [no_tint] and have that as the overlay. The minecraft wiki does a good job of explaining it. Look at blockstates or models.
Oh, I also made beetroot textures and lore. I'll upload them soon.
