Tuhljin, I forgot to mention that I would also like an option to keep the thirsty tank from getting infinite water from a 2x2 or a 3x1. Water doesn't seem to flow back when the tank sucks an infinite source. If it did try to flow back instead of the tank just filling up, it wouldn't be a problem with finite water turned on.
Here's a hint: There are crystalline eyes in there. Another hint, though it may just give it away: It's an already-promised feature.
About adding aspects to liquids: There are mods that allow you to add aspects to whatever you'd like. For now, I suggest that players and modpack authors should use those to set aspects that make sense and are fair for any liquid blocks your packs may use. I may revisit this later and add "official" aspects after I've mulled it over some more, possibly in the release after the next (no promises, though).

Eyes, plural. I'm guessing it's a way for a single Unseen Scribe to read multiple inventories.
I took a brief look at one of the videos, and I am most intrigued by this mod. Are there any major bugs or known issues with it (not including compatibility with other mods)?
First of all, I love the mod - it's fantastic, definitely one of the best Thaumcraft add-ons ever released and it keeps getting better.
I just have one question that I'm hoping someone can answer for me. I'm putting together a FTB private modpack and I'm having an issue with this mod and HQM 4.2.2 - succinctly, many of the items from this mod do not show up as icons in the quest book. Some of them do, but some of them don't. For example, the Unseen Scribe does - but the Golemic Inhibitor and Taskmaster do not. I'm using Automagy 22.2 - will upgrading fix this?
Hello everyone, it is my first time posting here, but I've been using Automagy for a few months now, and thaumcraft since TC2.
Sadly, I come here with a crash report, and I have absolutely no idea why it happens.
My mods at the moment :
Forge 10.13.2.1291
Thaumcraft 4.2.3.5
Automagy 0.22.2
Mystcraft 0.11.2.01
NEI 1.0.3.74
CodeChickenCore 1.0.4.29
ChickenChunks 1.3.4.16
Carpenters blocks 3.3.4.2
InventoryTweaks 1.58-147
The
crash happens when I try to right-click an unseen scribe (fully powered
with ordo vis and connected to an inventarium) observing chests around
it. Some precisions : if I don't place one chest in front of the scribe
to set the type of inventory observed, the crash doesn't happen, I just
see blank pages when clicking on the scribe, but when the inventory type
is set, it crashes when I click (same thing when I click on a
requesition tome linked to my inventarium)
the crash log itself :

Thanks again for your work, it's the most well-made automation mod I know, and it fits perfectly with thaumcraft general theme.
The error looks like it's in the tessellator, which is used to draw 3d objects (vertices). Do you have items in your chest? I bet one of them is causing this problem - try taking them all out and seeing if that crashes, if not, then add them back in one by one until you find the culprit. I'm not positive the problem is actually with this mods code since everything that's throwing an exception is a stock helper class...
I just finished trying that, and discovered that it crashes only with some types of blocks or items in the chests, but I have yet to find exactly wich types.
For example, placing cobblestone is fine, but oak planks or coal will make it crash. I guess I'll have to make do without inventarium-related stuff, thanks for the help anyway
I took a brief look at one of the videos, and I am most intrigued by this mod. Are there any major bugs or known issues with it (not including compatibility with other mods)?
Nothing I'm aware of at the moment. This mod is in numerous large modpacks and working fine for the vast majority of people.
Thanks.
The icons appear fine in inventory and in the Thaumonomicon so, at this point, I'd have to assume it's an issue with HQM.

Planks and coal cause no such issue for me. Have you altered the way those are displayed somehow? There could be a mod conflict, so you may have to use the process of elimination to find the issue.

I'd almost agree with you if it wasn't for the fact that some of your items show up fine in the HQM and others don't. It leads me to believe there is an issue with how you are rendering some of them that is a-typical as this doesn't happen with TC itself, Thaumic Exploration, Witching Gadgets, Forbidden Magic, etc...

Well, the Thaumonomicon can handle it so why can't HQM? I'm not giving any special data to the Thaumonomicon for it to use. I've heard of this problem happening with some other mods' items in HQM, as well.

Well, what Azanor does or doesn't do is sort of a moot point since no one can see it. I guess the question is: Do you use a custom renderer for items like the Golemic Inhibitor? If you do, then that's probably the reason why HQM can't render it. Is your code open on github or something? Maybe send a PM to LordDusk and point him to the render code and it may get added in the next version of HQM...
If the vanilla inventory can handle it, and not through some, say, weird custom hook to make it do so (which isn't the case here), then any mod could handle it. The tile entity for the golemic inhibitor has custom render code (so does every tile entity with a model), but the item doesn't even use that. It's a standard icon. Perhaps HQM isn't properly looking for standard icons when it thinks the block is "supposed" to use something else because there's a tile entity involved.
Don't get me wrong - if the author of HQM says I'm doing something weird and should fix it on my side, I'd consider making changes, but the fact is that I've seen this issue with other mods' items and other mods can handle them fine (e.g. Thaumcraft with its Thaumonomicon), so all signs seem to point to this being something that should be addressed on HQM's side rather than on the side of every mod whose items it has problems handling.
Automagy for Thaumcraft 5 and 4.2 - Automation, Logistics, and Other Toys
My curiosity has been peaked, sir.
You can modify chickens so that, instead of laying eggs, they lay live bees. Dwarf Fortress: crimes against nature simulator.
I feel I used the proper word. It has peaked, reached its highest level, cannot be elevated any higher. Peaked.
Nah I know I used the wrong spelling. But it was a good effort to defend myself...

Multiple types you mean? That would be nice.
So would long/cross-dimensional distance though...
If I may suggest a feature for Vis Readers, perhaps an option to exclude certain aspects by label?
An advanced Vis Reader maybe with more particular and specific customization?

Thanks again for your work, it's the most well-made automation mod I know, and it fits perfectly with thaumcraft general theme.
Can we get a list of supported mods for the alchemical boiler? Also, is an advanced alchemical boiler planned? Because do want.
An interesting suggestion. What is the intended goal? What kind of contraption would you use this in?
Nothing I'm aware of at the moment. This mod is in numerous large modpacks and working fine for the vast majority of people.
