Could anyone tell me what the expansion limit on the Essentia Locus/Aggregator is? Is it just the four crystal clusters in the corners, or can you surround the construct with them? It's my first time using one, and I need to figure out how I'm going to design the layout for my new Thaumcraft area.

Could you add a very cheap, simple tool that empties clogged tubes?
Setting up tubes is an important part of automation after all, and I hate having to break and replace them all the time.
In addition, Witching Gadgets adds in a vacuum pump for tubes to pull through mirrors. That, along with a few other things (cobble generator, etc) help the mods fit together real nice.
I'm having a problem with my Inventarium. One of my unseen scribes appears to be hooked up and working, but not entirely. When accessing the scribe directly, switching the view to local properly shows which items it is reporting. But those same items don't show up in the collective Inventarium.
It's reading BetterStorage crates, if that makes a difference. I have a different scribe reading crates too though, with no issues.

Search the forum regarding the crates. You don't want to store anything in them if you want golems to be able to access the items, unless your crate stacks have few enough items to show up in the inventory gui. Even then sometimes they won't register and the golems can't see them.

I searched the thread and I can't find anyone else with this issue. As far as golems accessing crates, I'm aware of the limitations, but in my experience as long as you only one type of item per crate they work just fine. In fact for the Unseen Scribe that is properly reporting crate contents to the Inventarium, the golem request system works perfectly.
Edit: Ah, nevermind. This is my issue. I didn't notice the black particles above the Unseen Scribe because I had placed it directly underneath a block.
I think that when there is a scribe not properly connected to the inventarium, it should be indicated when clicking the inventarium with a wand, though. I assumed that I had enough slots because the Inventarium didn't show them all as filled.
Wand Focus: Search-this wand focus is set to search for a bit of text like NEI's item search/highlighting when shift right clicked, and then sends a beam at inventories visible one at a time when you hold right click, leaving highlights on inventories which contain something matching.

i guess this thing is the counterpart to the alchemical furnace, for liquids instead of items? interesting idea, to cook up a bucket of milk this way.
dude, honestly youre awesome. somehow you manage to come up with incredibly useful machines like this, that are painfully obvious in hindsight, but still nobody seemed to have thought about before. just as with the crafting focus. that thing is just something ive always wanted without even knowing it.
and what impresses me even more, is that your stuff is still so well balanced against thaumcraft itself.
Very interesting! Hope it won't be long till we can play with that boiler as well as those interesting liquids you got there.
i think you can already. from left to right, this looks like mushroom soup, vishroom soup, and of course water and an empty bucket. though mushroom/vishroom soup are apparantly turned into forge liquids now, which is nice.

ah now that you mention it ya that does seem to be what is in the buckets but I'm guessing whatever the pink fluid is that it maybe turns cows into mooshrooms. I say that based on the picture showing mooshrooms in the background and the pool being around mushrooms and such.
Hey guys how do I get the research for he Golem's Workbench?!
You need the advanced golem research, which means you first need all the golem upgrades researched (by that I mean the fire, earth, etc. upgrades - not every animation core). You also need the Empty animation core research.
This is going to be fun. I can tell. Though perhaps, if that pink fluid is indeed Vishroom stew, this might be a very unusual pranking method. Pouring Vishroom stew everywhere in someone's house, is what came to mind.
But other than that, this seems like it'll be a lot of fun to mess around with.
I really wish the Everful Urn from Thaumic Exploration could make it's way over into this mod instead. Since It's one of the few things that I really like form exporation.
I also wish that the redcrystal behaved slightly more like redsonte wire (so that you don't have those ugly gaps when you connect a horizontal redcrystal with a vertical one)
And that Boiler looks ****ing awesome.
technically it is one of azanors old blocks from thaumcraft 2. you could ask him, if he wants to readd it at some point. though he probably has his hands full with the update right now.
I found a glitch with thirsty tanks and have reproduced it several times
Thirsty Tank + Oil = Turns all source blocks into flow blocks
I just watched thousands of source blocks a.k.a. thousands of potential fuel get destroyed in this manner
To repeat this i'll list some more details
ATLauncher
Beyond Reality Pack
No addition mods added
Playing on beta 2.2.4 version
I fly down an oil spout to the middle / edge
I put a thirsty tank down, Recieve about 20-100 buckets and the other thousand or so become flow blocks instead of being taken as source blocks
That's odd, as the thirsty tank simply finds source blocks and replaces them. I don't see why that would turn other source blocks into non-source blocks unless the fluid in question was designed to do that (or had a bug). You don't see this when using a pump or decanting golems with the entropy upgrade?
You're sure that the flowing blocks left behind aren't just flowing from sources the tank didn't pick up? The tank will only take blocks up to 32 "steps" away from it (that is, 32 blocks in one direction, but less than that if the path to the block involves turning back and forth). A flowing block should theoretically be associated with a source block somewhere or it would just go away - and a source block can appear to be "flowing" if there's space adjacent to it to flow into.
And golems/pumps work fine? I'll look into it but I can't guarantee a fix will make it in time for the next release since I'm trying to wrap that up soon.

Thank you for the excellent mod.

Or maybe "Seeking"

I got 30 buckets of oil out of an oil spout that had around 5,000 blocks of oil
I did the math on how big the sphere was.
I'm not 100% how or why, I'm just telling you what happened and how it is under these circumstances
