Humans that was being turned into vampires. But attempts to convert them is not always successful. The result is a Vampric Ghoul, a half-turned human that now hungers for blood. Look like a pale human similar to how the imp thingy look like in Lords of the Rings but with claws and fans and blood shot eyes.

7:Starting
Starting you are allowed to become a Human, Pure Vampire or a Werewolf
As a human, you start normal
As a vampire, you will have another bar called the Blood bar. This bar is similar to how a hunger bar works but you will die upon reaching 0 for a min or more, leaving a deprived vampire in it's place. The blood bar can be filled by eating raw meat and drinking any blood except for werewolves. Keeping this bar at different percentage allow different effects. At bare minium, you are stronger, faster, regen faster, tougher and more. The more blood you have, the stronger you are. The bar depletes over time.
The hunger bar is still there as vampires can eat food but it depletes really really slowly.
I think there are already mods with werewolves and vampires.
If you want a new Vampire/werewolf mod you would have to make something different then what has already been done.
I'm not a big fan of the big hulking wolf transformation or vampires who can turn into bats.
I always think of werewolves as people who just have more hair then normal even in "human" form.
At full moon their muscles and senses would strengthen and they would loose their sanity and go on rampage.
They can learn to control their "wolf" form so they don't loose their minds completely, but they will still feel overwhelming urge to hunt.
Their wounds heal faster then humans and can survive wounds that would be deadly to humans.
They are allergic to silver, skin contact can cause a rash, when silver (powder, or silver oxide) in open wounds will cause infection and the would won't be able to heal.
There are many types of vampires but it mainly comes down to "Pure blood" vampires and "Culled" vampires.
Pure blood vampires are born as vampires where as culled vampires are humans turned into a vampire.
A human will turn into a vampire when a vampire drains their blood and then replaces it with a bit of their vampire blood.
Vampires are said to be a lot stronger and faster and have better senses then humans.
This is partially true although they are not as superhuman as many believe.
Most of their superior abilities are a result of their long life since they can study and practice them for many lifetimes.
Vampires have to drink blood to survive, although it doesn't necessarily need to be human blood.
Werewolf blood is poisonous to them.
Their skin is very sensitive to burning which is why they avoid fire and sunlight. (they do not burst into flames when sunlight hits their skin)
They have very powerful survival instincts which take over when they are starved of blood for too long.
