Locks is a small, but unique Minecraft mod that introduces flexible and universal locks which can be dynamically attached to multiple blocks of any kind, including other mods, a fun lock picking mechanic as well as lots of other little, but useful tools and utilities.

Any chance of making this work with other mods, such as SGS Treasure, which spawns locked chests randomly in the world? It has it's own keys to open them, but being able to pick them could be a fun alternative. They are also tiered, but there's like 5 or 6 tiers in that mod instead of 3.
Either that, or add the chance that any vanilla chest in a dungeon could spawn "locked" and can only be opened via lockpicking. I know the point is to secure your things, but these could be some fun additions.

I am planning to rewrite the mod completely to use world staved data instead of having tile entities do all the logic which will add support for mods. I've already nearly finished porting to 1.10, after that I'll rewrite.
I'm afraid that changing dungeon chests to locked will make this a core mod, or at least I don't know any other ways right now :S

I know, actually back then I ran into a problem and kinda gave up on the mod. I've been quite active recently, though, but I'm currently updating my other mod "Runic Inscription", however some features that I'd like to add are quite hard to implement and the newer versions are a pain to update to. And because of that I'm losing a bit of motivation. Don't expect these mods to be updated soon.
I found a bit of a bug and was wondering if you could possibly fix it.
so if you have a lock on a door and its locked you can put a switch or button to open the door.
I know this is meant for like chests and stuff but I love the mod and the way it is implemented but not sure if i can keep this on my server with this bug.
I found in mod files texture of opened lock, it is named "lock_open.png", but in the game lock uses only one default texture. Why?
