Wow! A lot of great ideas! I am always open to adding new spells and new functionality (1 and 2) so I like those ideas. Potion making could be fun too.
But here is the thing with wand making. What would make it useful to make custom wands? What would be different? If those questions are answered reasonably, then that could be a cool functionality too.

In terms of functional differences it is stated that a wands wood and core can boosts the wands skill in a certain field of magic, one such example is wands made of reeds preform exceptionally well in herbology as well as other wands woods being suited only for light or dark magic and those that are indifferent.

It no longer crashes on multiplayer, you can make and connect to servers with HP Spells without any problem (as far as I know) in the new update. There are a lot of new things in this update however, so it might take a while for it to come out.
I have a suggestion. I think you should start with a template for your wand but you have to pluck a hair from a unicorn or something to make it magic. Also you should need a unicorn hair or something for a broomstick to fly. There should be someway to make hidden streets or whatever like diagon alley. Also thank you for making this. Also make a boggart that takes the shape of the thing that has damaged you the most. Also make the time turner by integrating with time traveler or something. Also if you are making a basilisk make sure to make a toad and when an egg disappears from being left in one place for too long it spawns a baby chicken but if a toad is on the same block as it it spawns a basilisk and if the basilisk hears a chicken it dies. Also if you aren't making a basilisk, make a basilisk. Also add dragons. Also add quididch but not npcs just like the snitch and the quaffle and the bulgers. Also add hippogriffs. Also add potions. Im not adding the unicorns because that is not what I'm aiming for in this mod. I may make a magical beasts mod sometime in the future and that kind of stuff would be in it. No boggart no basilisk etc etc this is not a Harry Potter universe mod. No dragons and maybe quidditch. No hippogtiffs. Yes potions, I have already said that I am adding potions in the next update.
