I found that after asking this, and there is one thing that I cannot find.
How do I set the probability of a reward at the right chance of cube being the custom one?

I don't quite follow what you are asking. The chance value is on a scale of -100 to 100 with -100 and 100 being extremely good and rare and -100 being extremely bad and rare. Also no problem man I just happened to be around when you asked

You use the chance scale of -100 to 100. If you have gone through stats in your school, the chance system follows a normal curve with 0 being the mean. The extremes of -100 and 100 would have about an equivalent z-score of 2.5, so pretty rare. I used The Chance Cube Scanner on a Chance Cube and it said: "The chance of this cube is 41". What does 41 mean?
In layman's terms, It's a value to represent how lucky a cube will be. -100 will be very bad, where 100 will tend to be very good. 41 would mean that that cube would be a fairly good cube.

as im a glutton for punishment with these things i got a Idea. can there be either a addon or config to this which allows streamers to set either follows or subscribers to get a random cube given or placed by the streamers location ?
No sorry, Chance Cubes does not provide a way to hook into streamers followers or subscribers. A mod like pay 2 spawn (p2s), may be able to provide what you are looking for, but it does not allow for follows.

About 4 of each, but do remember that the cubes have a range around the cubes value (configurable in the config) that allows the cubes to select rewards within that range and not just at the cubes value.
While building my modpack I tested chance cubes in creative. I was able to trigger both cube types with shift left click but could not trigger the glowy bouncy one the same way.
Probably I'm just too noob to know what to do... but in case it matters.

Is it possible to teleport the player a couple of hundred blocks away from opening the cube. Leave their inventory in a chest at opening coords and place them on a piece of dirt give them a sappling some bonemeal. That way they have to build back to their starting location for when they play in void worlds.
Possible yes, but given that it's not a reward that fits all pack/ game plays, i'm not really fond of it. Sorry.

Sorry man, but making a 1.6.4 port just isn't very practical for me as it's a lot of work for a version that is nearly extinct in terms of usage.

At first, this was so cool, it is in a lot of mod packs like project ozone. it had lots of cool rewards, and it was exciting.
And then I get a vortex explosion.
Now the thing is that I broke the cube like 50-70 blocks from my base.. completely destroyed!!!
I have spent over 40 hrs on that save, GONE!
I just want to know why would anyone add that to a mod?
A mod is supposed to be fun, and this is the opposite.
if you have anymore mass destruction REWARDS, please remove them!!!

That is why you never open chance cubes near your base unless you go out 500 blocks

He won't just remove the destruction things just for you, make backups or look into the mod next time.
On a side note to the mod maker, why did you change the texture of the cubes from dice to pumpkins or an I an idiot?
