I looked in the the lucky block folder and here is no addon folder. where do I put the addon then?
Make sure you run the game once with the Lucky Blocks and Loot++ mods, and it should create an addon folder in the same place as the mods folder where you installed those mods.
Put the addon in the lucky_block folder, like Dudutzy said above. =)
And Can you edit the intructions so that it says that yo have to run minecraft once in order to generate the addon folder?
Need some explanation about something...
1) How do I make this AWESOME block work in 1.7? Can you? Or it's impossible?
2) Title you get from? Like I'm a tree puncker,You're a Diamond Miner
Yeah, I could add some instructions to run the game once... that's a good idea.
I would have to backport the addon to 1.7. I've already played around with it a bit, but I haven't gotten it to work fully. It would take a lot of work....
You get titles from posting a certain number of times. Like for instance Diamond Miner is at 900 (I still can't believe I've posted 900 times already...).
hey how did you create the art of the block? i dont want the 3d, i want the 2d. is there any art programs u used?? btw im on a mac. THANKS!!
I actually used GIMP, which does work on macs I believe, and wrote a plugin with python to create the colour changing animation (which I reused for the spiral sword and such in this most recent update).

plz help me
Oh, it looks like you put the addon in the Loot++ folder instead of in the lucky_blocks folder. Move it to the lucky_blocks folder and you should be fine.
also another thing... can i have your permission to use ur build as a guide for mine?? cause ur the only addon i downloaded and i want to make an add on as well.
permission for your mob heads? decor heads? youtuber heads? if you dont allow its okay
Oh, sorry, I didn't see that you posted... Sure, you can look at the structure in order to make your own things.
For the heads, I can tell you where I got them from.
I actually found a small list of mob and decor heads in the description of this video: , and the list of youtuber and other player heads I pulled from the config files of the Headcrumbs mod (and of course added my own and PlayerInDistress's head to it =) ).
This is an add-on, so I can't do much about crashes in the mod itself. You should go post this on the lucky block forum. Oh, and just a suggestion, you should always put a crash report between
He said it is testing it in 1.7.10 but there is a big difference from 1.8 to 1.7.10,so it will not happen soon but it will happen sometime in the future
Yeah. =( I haven't had time to do much on it, because I've been busy looking for work...
On that note though...
I'd like to ask you guys to support me on patreon if you can. If you can't that's okay. If I get enough money, then I can focus on working on mods and addons like this, and make this my job, instead of looking for one. =)
And even a small amount makes a difference. Think about it this way: if everyone who has downloaded this mod were to pay 1 cent, it would be over $800.
Now I have a problem with the structure but different this time. Download Here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/i13q6kbj1kilm37/special_lucky_blocks.zip
EDIT
Fixed that, but how do I make the structure spawn away from the player.
To me The meaning of Life and the Universe is Everything.
-sebagius7110 2014
Well, you seem to be fixing everything yourself just fine. =)
Do you want the structure to spawn at the position of the lucky block broken? If so then just don't put pos=#pPos.
If you want a specific offset, then use posOffset=(x, y ,z)
Hey everyone!
Update!
*WHEW* That was quite the effort.
So I finally fixed the wrong blocks appearing in the dungeons, and also added support for Loot++, which lets you add custom items and blocks...
Which I definitely did. :3
So you should download Loot++ and drop it in the mods folder to use this new version.
So the changes... There are a lot of things, but some significant ones are:
-Added gingerbread house
-Added candyland
-Added custom items for the spiral armour and sword
-Also added a spiral bow (a triple bow!) and a multitool that cuts through everything at super speeds!
-Gave Grim his own armour set and a legit scythe.
-Added a couple new chest types
-Look out for a new secret room in the spiral dungeon...
And there are lots more things, but I'll leave them for you to discover!
Enjoy the update! =D
Nope
But if you can't wait to find it naturally, you can put this in a command block... =)

Of course I saw your post. =)
Well, I can't really add new mobs or dimensions with Loot++. I am adding a couple new things now though, as we speak.
I'm not going to add crafting recipes for any of the stuff I add with Loot++... you can only get them from the blocks if you get lucky enough. =)
As for a new boss, I am planning on doing something like that in a different mod... =)

tags.it was not a crash, the lucky block textures aren't loading, so I do not know whats happening.
Hey! Any news regarding the mod for 1.7.10?
Minecraft Fan! And modder wanna be!
Did you manage to figure it out?
Are you sure the addon is in the lucky_blocks folder, and not the Loot++ folder?
Yeah. =( I haven't had time to do much on it, because I've been busy looking for work...

And finally, the moment you've been waiting for...
Update!
There aren't a whole lot of changes this time, but you may want to keep an eye out for those living flames... =)
I'll leave the rest for you to discover!
