I believe that the Railgun ability requires some precise timing. Are you having troubles with that? Or do you not know how to use the ability at all? I might be able to offer some tips either way.

I suggest practicing the timing in third person; the coin going up then down makes it really easy to see when to activate the ability.
In terms of suggesting things, I'm not a part of LI, but I can't imagine they'd be against it. I'm sure they'll let you know if they want you to stop.
On a different note, has anyone noticed that the waypoint teleporting ability doesn't bring entities with you? Anyone know what's up with that?
Well, it's holidays over here, my mid year exams are finished, and I've been practicing my java for a couple of months for a while now. If I like the look of any of your ideas, I might try and make them myself as an add on. No promises though, I'm not so proud that I think I can outdo an entire team of experienced coders. Seems pretty neat, though the idea of Rebirth being a level 5 skill seems a bit off; in the show Tsuchimikado could do all of that even at level 0.
I do quite like the look of both of them though, and I've been exploring the source and writing up some pseudo code for how I might implement them. Once again, no promises, bu I'll try.

Actually he doesn't really rebirth as his ability currently is to stop any form of bleeding only.( i read wiki to double check). The Rebirth ability for LV 5 is the user being able to regenerate anything lost at a rapid speed while at Lv 0, he can only stop bleeding

Anyway, this mod doesn't include level 0, so you might as well shift all of the abilities around to compensate.
And an idea for auto rebirth, how about an ability that lets the user overextend themselves? The idea would be that upon using the ability, the user would gain strength, speed and jump boost for a time, then get weakness, slowness and mining fatigue for a while afterwards.

Hey, have you tried using this mod along with mods like Industrialcraft? I think you'll find that item charging has quite a few more uses than you'd think
I have mechanism, and technomagi. Can the wireless chargers power a power converter that accepts EU?
Unfortunately I'm not sure what you mean. Are you asking if eu objects can be powered off of a wireless power matrix? If so, I'm not entirely sure. Try right clicking the machine you'd like to link up with a frequency regulator and find out.
They can't stop when they don't have Accelerator's power, can they?

I don't know this officially or anything, but I would guess that it would be hard and not very worthwhile, since that would be going down in versions :/ You'd be better off just waiting for whatever 1.6.4 mods you currently use and want to use with this mod to update (assuming other mods being only on 1.6.4 is the reason you requested that they downgrade this).

It seems that the config to disable the terrain destruction of abilities is not working. Could you fix it please? I'm playing with this mod on an awesome city map, and I don't want to destroy it. But it just destroys everything whether it is true or false,
