Poll: What does this mod need?
Ended Apr 26, 2017
in case you didn't heard it last time can you explain oredictionary for this mod?
I'm thinking about that, once i'll figure how to do it , i will ... do it
Yes will think about that

i keep making the same mistake, i think "oh, i've given them a few months, surely it'll be fixed by now" THAT is why i seem to ALWAYS be angry to some of you, my advice is to get the lead out.
there were nice things here, until the mod author threw a tantrum.
Textures will be changed next update and about opness i may change crafting for thinga to make it lesa op or just make somekind of shards. And then with shards you can create ingots and stuff
cool, glad to hear it on both accounts, also ender pearl tree? much needed.
i'd honestly think worldgen instead of crafting should counter being OP quite well as you can't just produce them out of thin air on a whim anymore.
also not sure if you're interested, but maybe it would be neat to re-add something similar to the dye-trees that project red used to add to MC? i've always missed those, it made finding a new species of tree interesting and exciting instead of just another mechanical reaction to harvest anything in sight.

I dont know about worldgen, i havent figured out how to do it, and about project red i never played with it can you explain what dry trees were?
was just thinking the saplings could be dungeon loots from the chests or something is all about worldgen.
the project red trees were trees colored in the 16 colors available in minecraft and their saplings functioned as a dye for the tree's color, so you could use extra saplings instead of that color of dye.

i suppose there is also the approach that magic crops takes of growing basic components en masse that need to be combined up into what you can actually grow a specific resource with.
just tossing ideas out as far as balancing, really, i'd be lying if i said there's really an ideal all-purpose solution, honestly, least not that comes to my mind.
all i was getting at about the textures (since you seem to be helping with that(?)) is that the trees are basically just vanilla oak trees with speckles added to the wood, it seems a little plain, no offense meant of course.

If you think that makes them easier to find because you can just find dungron in 2 mins of gameplay or you can find in a month this randomity will make it even more not balanced
You really think like me btw beautiful texture
