so... the only questions this thread have been asking is to do silly stuff like digging jsut stone... digging a 5x5, using tinker's hammers, bugged hammers, and the gravel ores.
and i'm on mc 1.7.10 latest this mod and the 1.7.10 minecraft version of tinker's construct, and pickaxes made by tinker's construct, do not function. i'd like to know what thier ID is so i can add them to this mod's tool list... which btw the config looks really nice... i suppose if it was "that easy" this mod owner likely would have already added compatability. or its reserved for latest version of minecraft.

You need to use the identifier for the item. For example a tinkers pickaxe would be "TConstruct:pickaxe". You should be able to get this information using F3 + H, then hovering over the item.
I'm trying to blacklist a block (236, or the Thaumcraft Aura Node) so when I mine a tree, it doesn't break that one block. I tried to /veininer blocklist remove, but that didn't do it.

Can I please have help, i'm using the Zivicio Pickaxe in Magical Crops and i want to vein mine stone in The Deep Dark (200 at a time or something like that) But i cant make it work, do i need The config name, i just dont know? can someone please guide me it will be much appreciated!
seemed it didn't have extra name-tags to it, just "TConstruct:pickaxe" for all of them. didn't know about that keybinding to expose more info to mod items and base minecraft.
Probably waay too late to ask a question on here but, im using the latest version of FTB Direwolf20 modpack on curse, and i cant for the love of me add oak wood planks to the blocklist for the axes. ive tried the add command during play, ive tried going into the config file for the mod itself and ading it, and ive tried an anciet ritual for self-destruction and ive had no luck with either solution. the version for VM is compatible for the modpack. Any new ideas i could try?

Im using Veinminer for 1.9 and it dosent seem to want to detect or add the use of any Tinker Tools for use with Veinmining .... how do i manually add the mod or everything in?

Mining reveals unbeknownst horrors from the rocks just waiting to come out and devour your soul. Puddles of liquid blue or purple are not water, but also intent on harming you.
hey when i add a tool it works fine on single player, but when i take it on to my server, the tool doesnt work. the tool is the Sapphire Pickaxe from the mod M-ore. i added that into the config thing, and it works fine on single player, but it doesnt work on my server. Can you help me??!?!

How can i make the silk touch and fortune tools work with this?
They work on gm1 but they dont on gm0

I've set up a server, and veinminer refuses to work. It works on singleplayer, but it won't work on my server
I would also like to know how to add these so I can use the Tinker Tools.
when will this be released for 1.9? i love this mod and wish i could use it for 1.9.
According to http://www.minecraftforge.net/forum/index.php?topic=37886.0, Veinminer needs to be updated for newer Forge.
Alternately, you might try downgrading your Forge in the hope that Veinminer starts working again before something else breaks...

so i have a bit of a problem, i cant add ebon arts ores or tools to vein miner, is that due to vein miner or ebon arts?
never mind i got it, i had to go into the actual config instead of adding them ingame
