I have trouble whit metal transmutation process. I put 2 gold nugget in the crucible to have two metalum and after that if throw 1 iron nugget as catalyst, the metalum is consumed but i don't get the 3 iron nugget back as the thaumonomicon suggest.
Did i do somthing wrong or is there a little bug??

You need to update your version of Stackie. Or stop using it entirely.

Nah, just got bit by the same bug the other day. Lunatrius has fixed the problem, but I don't consider Stackie to be important so I'm fine just not using it at all.

Does this mod cause armored zombies and zombies on horses to spawn and stay alive during the day? I kept getting killed by gold zombies and diamond armored zombies on horses during the day when trying to build my first mine.
I want to spread taint in a world, and I have no taint biome. By creating tainted slimes with the crucible I managed to get bottled taint.
However, these aren't easy to make. So, using 4 of them, I managed to taint a node so that it taints the area around it. Now comes the question: Does the taint spread only around tainted nodes? I would like to spread it on a much bigger area, however, I left 3 nodes for a whole day and the taint stayed in small squares around the nodes. Am I doing something wrong or taint spread simply doesn't work like I expected it to?
I'm on a server and we use the default config file.

Now, I went to the location specified in the report. What I found there was a hungry node trying to absorb a gravel falling-block entity and failing which led to the node being ticked repeatedly.
P.S I tried to put the crash-report into this post with a spoiler but the report was so long that it surpassed the 120000 character limit and I don't know another way to display it.
Edit: figured it out, it seems that the latest version of Not.EnoughResources has some code that causes a ticking error when it interacts with hungry nodes.

Taint dose spread, but very, very slowly. If you have some way to change biomes then I suggest turning an area into tainted lands and throwing a few bottles of taint around. Fibrous taint spreads very rapidly within it's biome. If you can't do that, then chunk loaders could work. And if you don't have chunk loaders then I guess you could always move the tainted nodes around.

No, it dose not. If a zombie is wearing a helmet it won't burn though, but that's a vanilla mechanic.

I know that question is outside the actual mod content and only thematic, but come on,... We've all thought about it.

I have actually no idea... I'd say that there is some link between the mind (or spirit) of the thaumaturge and the wand, but that's just my idea... And I don't think there are engravings, they'd be visible if so...

Yes, I know that. The person I was replying to mentioned being on a server that used the default config. I assumed they didn't have access to the config because of that specific detail.
I had the same problem, it was EnderZoo. I just thought it was this mod because I haven't had much experience with it. The OP zombies thing. and skeletons
Don't expect golems to be in TC5 right from the start. Azanor said it may be a few versions before they're reimplemented.

Those aren't Minecraft versions, those are mod versions. Minecraft is on 1.8.4, and mods are mostly still for 1.7.10.
