THANKS A LOT!!! :D. I got mine running with 16 PBRs and it's marvelous. I actually had it running and wasting energy because I hadn't plugged my main network to the turbine, but once done, it worked like a charm. Now I need to find a way to automate depleted pellet extraction. I was thinking about PneumatiCraft's Omni-directional hoppers set to filter mode, but I have yet to try it out. I'm waiting to gather enough pellets to do a test run first.
Again, thanks a lot!!! :D.
Awesome. Good to hear you got the PBR working. I got my count wrong I'm also using 16 PBRs.
You should check out, SentinalhMC 12 Core Fission Reactor is still a great setup.
For Cave Control, is it possible to differentiate between different cave formations (as opposed to between caves and ravines)? I have very little use for the standard "worm burrow" caves, but I like the round rooms and positively adore the big ballroom caves. I would love it if you gave Cave Control a way to adjust the rates of those components individually.
They are not separate components; they are all generated by the same algorithm.

Okay. I have DragonAPI, Legacycraft and Cave Control, all for 1.7.10. I just updated all three from v9b to the latest versions (v17c, v17a and v17b respectively), and now the game crashes during initialization. My launcher is refusing to show me the crash log, but if I click "More Details" it says:
The game crashed whilst there was a severe problem during mod loading that has caused the game to fail
Error: cpw.mods.fml.common.LoaderException: java.lang.VerifyError: Expecting a stackmap frame at branch target 259
I didn't change anything other than those three mods. Any idea what's going on?

I'm already on 1558, which is the recommended version. What version do I need?

Use your head, the first line tells you what the error is. Unable to class load the plugin FMLCorePlugin: fewizz.bt.BTPlugin.
My fix is to remove any of fewizz's mods, if that doesn't work keep removing mods. Your error doesn't say anything about Reika mods.
On further seaching.. this looks to be a bukkit or spigot problem if you are using those go ask on those forums.
I updated the fewizz mod, and that got rid of that problem, but then several more popped up! ultimately, it seems to be an issue with both Thaumic Infusions and Gadomancy. Not %100 sure what, but I'll dig into it. Just wanted to say thanks for prodding me in the right direction.

Thaumic Infusions is known to be incompatible with most mods that apply ASM changes to the Block class - it also has been declared both incomplete and unsupported for 1.7 by its' developer. (see https://github.com/ReikaKalseki/Reika_Mods_Issues/issues/895)

Duly noted. Still, I wonder what's up with Gadomancy....
I am trying to get Vivecraft working but dragonAPI is specifically listed as broken and not going to get fixed on the vivecraft website. I was hoping that you would be willing to help out? Below is what is listed as the problem for dragonAPI. Rotraycraft in VR would be amazing
"Crashes game, used to send fps into sub-30s, tried to debug but couldn't, so this won't ever get fixed"

So, I am at a loss with Chromaticraft at the moment. I am trying to get the Lumen Beacon working in a creative world (before building it in game) as the primary means of connecting my base which is situated over the middle of an ocean. This seams a rather perfect scenario in which one would want to use this particular structure.
I have built it a couple of times to no avail in a super flat world. I have made certain that both towers are orthogonal. I have even gone so far as to use
/chromastruct broadcast
Each and every time, I get that error sound with the manipulator. Then I found the following command:
/printcrystalnet
Doing that results in the following while in the same chunk as the beacon tower:
It appears as if the structure is wrong... but how can that be? I used the chromastruct command to build it for me. Additionally, I first verified that I have the railcraft residual.heat setting on false, then I removed that mod altogether... same problem. The beacon towers simply do not form correctly either built by hand or via that special command. Additionally, in thinking that maybe the actual beacon transmitter and multi auro repeater need to be "actually placed" before being legitimate, I broke/replaced them by hand. You can see in that spoiler that the multi aura repeated that is part of the sower is recognized, but not the tower itself.
Does anyone have any idea if the beacon tower actually work or what I could be doing wrong?
PS: The two towers are over 600 blocks apart. I creatively spawned in and changed the color of 16 pylons near the base of one of the towers in the hopes of using all 16 at the base of the second tower. Again, this is a creative super flat world with which I test things before building them in survival.
Additionally, I have made certain that the bottom of the tower is not embedded in the bedrock; it is 2 blocks higher then that resting on dirt.
This one is on wikipedia so probably the first thing I saw.
I know someone who works in non-organic materials, apparently it's not as simple as "melt all the stuff together".
of course it isn't, you melt the stuff, yes but also the temperature what elements you add Mn, Si, Ni, W, etc.
how you forge it how you temper it (water, oil, nothing at all) but everything depends of what steel we are making and the process in MC is a generic one for a generic steel (but easier because you don't forge it nor temper it)
Does anyone here know how HSLA steel is made in real life?
Tried to look for it on the internet, but failed to find a "protocol"
If I recall correctly, HSLA steel is micro-alloyed, in which small amounts of additional elements are added to refine the grain microstructure of the metal, strengthening the grain boundaries, thereby giving the metal additional mechanical strength. What those additional elements are depends on the specific specification the steel needs to meet.

EDIT: using v17c
This is strange. Multiple world creations with the same list of mods and in fact the same game session yields different results. Sometimes the structure is good, sometimes it is not; determined by Struct=false or Struct=true (so I hope that means what I think it does). Even stranger, tower built in the same world will sometimes work and sometimes not.
I use that chromastruct command at y=24 every time and use the ender io staff of traveling to teleport out of the structure that spawns around me then run the printcrystalnet command, in case anyone else wants to try it.
Here is an image of my latest attempt. The tower on the right was built first and reports Struct=false. The tower on the left was built second and reports Struct=true. For the life of me, I cannot determine a meaningful difference between the two.

Thanks!
i don't think reika can help you with this without changing half the code :/

maybe like this?
HSLA steel isn't one specific material but a variety like regular steel so the process is different and depends in what do you want the steel for
EDIT: i don't know if the image is actually there it appear on the editor but here it is the link >.>
