Minor bug 1: The cargo rocket and tier 2 ship seem to be missing localization--on the display screen they show up as "entity.GalacticraftMars.CargoRocket.name" and "entity.GalacticraftMars.SpaceshipT2.name".
Minor bug 2: When sending a rocket to a pad on autopilot, it often hovers 2 blocks above the pad when it lands. This appears to be a rendering issue, as the loaders and unloaders still work correctly.
Tested with:
Forge 10.13.2.1277
Galacticraft: 1.7-3.0.8.257
EDIT: One of these has an issue already in Github. I will add the localization problem as a Github issue.

Thank you for reporting both. The localization problem was across all languages, and the mighty @Adaptivity has fixed it already.
We would much prefer to have issues reported twice, than not reported!
I would like to live on a planet that is almost the same as Earth, but with an atmosphere that is toxic to humans and farm animals so that people and animals need oxygen sealers and stuff to survive, but monsters can breathe the air normally. Also I would like a day/night cycle as long the one from the moon. If someone has an addon planet that is similar to that, I would like to try it.
Edit: Was thinking about this some more. What about an addon that adds a 31-mile-wide (50km) comet that is on a collision course with Earth. (For comparison, I would guess a spherical Minecraft Earth would be something like 19,100km wide based on the world border. (Real-world Earth is 12,700 km wide.) You do not want to be anywhere on Earth or its nether when it strikes. You have x ticks to prepare. When the comet hits it will leave a huge crater on the surface of Earth and kill all entities (but new mobs will continue to spawn). Additionally, the comet mostly consisted of frozen carbon monoxide and now the Earth's atmosphere is poisonous to anyone who travels there.
If I wrote an addon, that would be my goal. Anyone have any ideas for improvements on this?Or does anyone know of any addons that do something like this?
You can check the Add Ons part of the official forum: http://forum.micdoodle8.com/index.php?forums/addons.11/
But I don't think there is anything like this, at all. It sounds like it would be extremely difficult to code - though awesome if somebody did it!
How much coding experience do you have already? For a person who has some knowledge of Java but has not done much Minecraft modding before, I would recommend starting with a smaller-scale project at first.

I don't really have any Java knowledge. I only really know how to do program ComputerCraft turtles. The only Java I've done has been with Minecraft mods. Thanks for the tip!
Thanks. I was confused because the in-game tooltip said I could place oxygen canisters or tanks in that slot, or use a connected oxygen supply.
thanks for picking that up, we need to fix the tooltip. (You can in fact place one kind of tank there, but that's a Tank of Oxygen from Mekanism mod. So to avoid confusion, it's best we don't mention tanks)
a galacticraft have a erro of compatibility to smart moving= armor of galacticraft no appear
It should be OK!
- Which versions of Galacticraft and Smart Moving?
- Please check that you have installed PlayerAPI and RenderPlayerAPI, also SmartRender.
- Please provide a screenshot (or link to a screenshot, post it at Imgur or whatever is good for you)
How long does it take before the spin thrusters start up? do they have specific requirements (like all blocks somehow connected (as if you were making an archimede's ship)) or the station has to be sealed? i am in a test world and all i did was make a small solid 5x5 sphere of stone in the space station universe. i have been sitting with thrusters on every side of the sphere for 10 minutes, i have wrenched them, i have broken them and replaced them, i have even reloaded the dimension and nothing has happened.
I'm having problems with Galacticraft 3 spawning "Evolved Creeper Boss" in the overworld at spawn. It has 20/20 HP, and makes wolf sounds when I hit it as well. So weird.

That sounds like a mob ID conflict.
1. Which version of Galacticraft are you using? If not the latest, please try updating to the latest
2. If there are still problems, post up your full fml-client-latest.log somewhere (e.g. Pastebin) for us to take a look at

The thrusters start immediately.
Yes, there is a specific requirement that all the blocks have to be joined up - more accurately, the thruster will try to spin the 'space station' made of connected blocks the thruster is connected to. If you have two blobs of connected blocks, and the blobs are not connected up to each other, and you place a thruster on each blob, then all the spin will be disabled because Galacticraft figures you did not finish building your space station yet. You can fix it by breaking all the thrusters, connecting up all your blocks (like an Archimedes ship, as you say) then place back the thrusters again. (Actually you might not need to break and replace all the thrusters, Galacticraft is pretty smart and every time you place a thruster, it will check again to see if your station can spin now). http://wiki.micdoodle8.com/wiki/Overworld_Space_Station#Spin_Thrusters
If that does not fix it, do you maybe have thrusters pointing in different directions? They have 2 different directions and can counteract each other. Try with only 1 thruster first off, then add more. If your space station is very large (for you science guys, if it has a large Moment of Inertia) then it will start to spin slowly, it will take a long time for the thrusters to spin it up to full speed. Large means 100x100 or bigger. A 5x5x5 sphere is not "large" so you should be noticing the spin immediately.
It's worth it: space stations look extremely cool when they are spinning, and we are proud of the effect: it's a Minecraft "first".
I'm having some problems when i run the mod. Alot of the blocks textures look invisible like it is on this image: http://prntscr.com/5zxj38 let me know if someone else have this problem or is it only me
It's strange. One other person on PlanetMinecraft had a similar issue, but most players do not have this issue.
My advice:
1. Redownload Galacticraft (all three files) - sometimes, like 1% of the time, people get an incomplete download - anyhow it is best to use the Latest version
2. If that does not fix it then please poste up your fml-client-latest.log (use Pastebin or similar to paste it)
3. Also try uninstalling WAILA, see if that helps
Also tell us about any special client-side mods you have, including Optifine, Shaders etc
@xxGooDGamE - thank you for the update. That sounds like an Optifine bug, if it's specific to that version and it's affecting other mods also. I'll add a warning for other players in our Compatibility notes at http://wiki.micdoodle8.com/wiki/Compatibility. Please report it as a bug on the Optifine thread.
@JPOJR - yes, you are welcome to use Galacticraft in a modpack. 3 things you have to do as a modpack maker:
* use the Latest version 3.0.8.261 of Galacticraft not the Release version - the Latest version includes extra compatibility fixes which are intended to help modpack makers
* do keep Galacticraft up to date in your modpack, otherwise it will suck for your players if you have used 3.0.8 and we are on 3.0.14 in future - we plan to be updating GC3 still for quite a few months yet, you should probably plan on updating at least once a month
* do report any Galacticraft crashes or other problems (use the Issues tracker on our Github), if you are getting complaints from your players don't just do nothing and say "why don't those mod authors fix their mods" - we won't know about the issues if you don't tell us!

It's intended. You can put Canisters of oxygen into the machines, but not tanks - the tanks are only for equipping by players.

It would also be a good idea to read http://wiki.micdoodle8.com/wiki/Compatibility and http://wiki.micdoodle8.com/wiki/Config. Modpack makers should set up the SealableIDs correctly for other mods in your pack (mainly glass from other mods, like Clear Glass from TC). You might also want to set up some extra Oregen on the planets.
