Are you using the latest version of Optifine? I had the same problem. If you are using 1.8, then get the 1.8.0 Optifine, not 1.8.1. Maybe that will help? And also delete Optifine and try.

You need to go into the AMD Graphics Control Panel (Catalyst Control Center?)..
Set Java.exe and Javaw.exe to 'high performance' so that it uses the AMD Graphics Adapter.
If you look in your error log, it is using your Intel HD 4400 ;).
You can use that, update the driver to 40XX, and use Sildur's Vibrant 1.06 as well :P.
It Also Says The Device Is Working Properly. I Had Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 Installed For A Minute There, But It Said The Device Wasn't Working Properly. What Does That Mean? I Still Have Intel(R) HD Graphics 10.18.10.4061 Installed Though.

Shaders still breaking graphic overlay on all 1.8 liteloader mods I have reported this many times . this bug breaks all litemods to various degree s .Shaders is writing to same Frame Buffers used by Liteloader mods as seen below .
In the Voxelmap for instance , the round mask is not cropping mini square map when shaders is installed .

Okay, I just tested with the new build, everything seems to work fine now, but I did get a slight bit of console spam, so I quickly exited.
The "GL error 0x0506: Invalid framebuffer operation (Fb status 0x8CDB) at shadow translucent" was spammed about 30 times, and only seemed to happen when I moved around a little bit, but otherwise the shaders seem to work fine. The top of the spam I screenshotted for you in case it's helpful. Hope it helps!

Hmm, is that a problem with your FOV setting?
You can try deleting your options.txt and optionsof.txt and have MC re-create them.
You can roll back to 2.3.5, or try the test build that Karyonix posted 3 posts up:

When I try to load the Sildur's Vibrant Shaders in minecraft, the shaders work fine, but this comes up:
"Failed creating shadow framebuffer! (Status 36060)"
And, the brightness is very dark even though the settings is the brightest (not moody).

You might just update to 1.7.10 and Optifine, most mods have moved to 1.7.10 anyways.
Karyonix may have released bugfixes in 1.7.10 that never made it to 1.7.2...
