Yes I believe so, just look into the dynmap options and I think the option name is something like: EnableWebChat=True . in your case you'd want to set it to "False"
Dynmap is not rendering anything for me. I have it setup on spigot, and using the /fullrender command does nothing. It says starting fullrender, but does not render anything
I'm just wondering, but has anyone basically killed their hard drive or SSD from running dynamic map?
Not sure if I am just having a case of bad luck, but on one system, I have had one SSD die, and on another completely different system, I have had one hard drive, and one SSD go bad.
I don't remember having issues like this on earlier versions of dynamic map, and to my knowledge, I have kept the settings pretty much the same as I have always, which isn't too far from "default".
Maybe I should reconfigure the render updates or something, any ideas/input would be appreciated because this is getting expensive, and isn't fun anymore.
This happens only while loading a Vanilla customized world. Minecraft 1.9.2, Forge 1.9-12.16.0.1942-1.9 Dynamap 1.9 Alpha1

I've protected-player-info: true and the factions dynmap plugin installed. When i login i can clearly see myself on the map but every other player which registered cant see themselves. I tried it without op and without any permissions, but it only works for me.
edit:
now it doesnt seem to work for me either
The wiki says:
protected-player-info : if set to true, access to player position and health information is protected. Players without the dynmap.playermarkers.seeall permission (operators have this by default) will only see their own player marker, while those with the permission will see all player positions. If this setting is not provided, or is false, all player position and health information is available to all map viewers.
No mention of permissions, login or any other option which needs to be enabled.

Nothing in the stack to suggest that Dynmap is involved - do you have more info to suggest otherwise?
I keep getting "Web files are not matched with plugin version: All files need to be same
version (2.3-3) - try refreshing browser cache (shift-reload)" Any help be great
Dynmap is just black for me. I did /dynmap fullrender, but its still black. My guess is the problem has somthing to do with the way I set it up. The instructions for running dynmap if your allredy running a web server are unclear, so I tried to do my way, witch was move the web directory onto my web server, and replace it with a symbolic link. Can't get it to work from external IP, but works on 127.0.0.1. Iport forwarded 8123 and the bind address is set to default (as well as all other settings). Minecraft 1.8.9. Any ideas?
edit: you cant use the external ip on the computer the server is running on =p
It doesn't generate a config for me, and running dynmap from the console get me a NullPointerException. What could be the problem? (What kind of files should I attach? I'm running the server on an ubuntu server 16.04)
Do anyone know what could cause few black spots on the map?
I am using Dynmap v2.3, but i was checking out Dynmap v2.4-Alpha 1. it has some few bugs.. which included black spots.. i thought dynmap v2.3 is best option to fix the black spot issue. but it doesn't..
must i delete the dynmap folder and start over rendering the map with v2.3?
having a problem with my dyn map when i go to the map i get this http://s17.minespan.com:8123/login.html when i try to register it tells me to go to Run '/dynmap webregister' and enter returned registration code, along with userid and password: but when i try to go to the webregister it says page not found. Any idea why i'm having this problem?
Is there a good way to show the map without a running server? Or is there a way to export the already rendered tiles into something that can be run without a server?
I've got dynmap files from the past MC version 1.7.10. We will start a new map in 1.10 soon, but I don't want to lose the old map files completly.

Thats what i am trying to find out... but there is one way you can do that. you need to find "index" file inside the dynmap.. the problem is i can't figure it out how to make it work.. index allow you to look at the map without running the server.. there is one mod that has the same feature.. as "index" file does.
Thanks so much!

I'm running the server on an ubuntu server 16.04)
no one responded?
