- Larger TVs... maybe make it so just 1 is the small one but as you place more around it, they connect so you can make it what size you want. (Not sure how possible that is but would be cool.)
- Benches, yes like park benches. Same idea as the couch, just a bench for outside areas.
- Beds. Colorable with dyes and can connect together to make double beds, etc. Hell maybe go nuts and do bunk beds
Just some random thoughts. Mods awesome as is though.

I hate being a pest, but I had 2 ideas. Just hear me out. The first is larger and medium pots. Medium pots are twice as big as regular pots, and large pots are a full block. These would be useful for filling up hallways and corners of a house, and would allow players to make leaf pots with these instead of cauldrons. My second idea is a barbecue. Works like a furnace, but 4/6 meat can be placed on it. The downside is it cooks slower.
P.S I know you don't like suggestions but I just wanted to say these. :l
Pots seem like great decorative features to liven up indoors, but I don't like that idea of a barbeque. Don't get me wrong, a barbeque sounds nice, but your conception of it seems more like a retextured oven. Now, if it was able to cook meat to different degrees (medium-rare, rare, well-done, etc.), that would be an interesting idea.

The way you describe TVs are definitely possible; ComputerCraft has already accomplished this with its monitors.
I don't quite agree with the idea of beds, as the execution of the "fancier bed" idea has already been well-done by Carpenter's Blocks. I know they're two different mods and not everyone who has this mod should have Carpenter's Blocks, of course, but I don't like the idea of many mods adding beds. The way I see it, this mod is not focused on "extending/improving" vanilla blocks that already exist, but rather adds new vanilla-styled blocks to compliment what already exists. That's just my take though.
So, I have seen your modding tutorial videos first two at least. But I am struck with inspiration from you and since I saw from one person on here that they wanted a flat screen T.V. ... I said to myself "Why don't I make a mod based on multiple kinds of T.V's (Meaning it can be any color block or dyed in a sense. And Again I long await that backport version of the kitchen update. I bet it will be awesome as you are when it is realeased. So, I will follow your modding tutorial so I don't screw up. and I am starting with 1.6.4 as I will want to see how it will look against all modded items including your mod as it will need to fit in.
I was playing single player. When I put a mailbox in front of my house, I still can use it. But after I logged out and logged in, I can't use it anymore.
It says, "This mail box belongs to [my name]". When I tried to unlock it, it also says, "You don't have permission to unlock this mail box."
And the last thing is that I can't even remove it, even in creative mode.
I'd really love a barbeque - outdoor grill kind of thing. Then I think the classic aussie outdoor setting could get the Crayfish makeover. Have the big outdoor umbrella (could probably even double as a beach umbrella). You could even bring your carpets back, retextured as beach towels Also Minecraft needs a diving board. A proper, spingy, springboard type thing so we can do pool parties the Crayfish way.
Thinking about a method to integrate mail boxes with MineBay.
1. When you claim ownership of a mailbox, its coords+DIMn with the owner's name is saved in an addresses.dat.
2. When you unlock/destroy your own mailbox, this is removed from the addresses.dat.
3. Now the MineBay: once you bought an item, you can type the address (DIMn, X,Y,Z) where the item will be sent to. If the address is not listed in the addresses.dat, it will return "This address is not valid" and give you your "money" back. For precision, the mailboxes could have a "Get address" button.
Maybe in the future updates, the mod could get an "Address Book" for convenience, so players can choose to assign their mail boxes or not in the mail system.

I've always had this idea threw at me. Now that you have explained it in depth, I really like it. I will added this in a future update! Also, the inclusion of a post office to send mail to other players would be another great addition.
Now that is a great idea. I didn't like the protection system, but this definitely gives the whole "register your mailbox" a real use that cannot be easily accomplished by plugins and whatnot.
However, I was wondering if it was possible to alter the way mailboxes work. (Also, if I say something incorrect, please correct me.) Currently, you can place a mailbox then right click it to "register" it to a user. The user him/herself can right click via hand to "lock/unlock" it (or anybody can force the toggle via a hammer). I'm assuming there is a distinction between "lock/unlock" and "register/unregister". Perhaps given this new system, registering/unregistering (for the delivery system) could be done via the hammer (so the Address Book wouldn't be needed) whereas locking/unlocking (to prevent unwanted access) could be done via the owner/op's hand.
I was also wondering if it would be possible, via a boolean configuration option, to require a player to register their mailboxes with a hammer (as of now, you can place one then just right click). The idea is that servers who want to "charge" (perhaps by imposing some cost on obtaining the hammer) for registering mailboxes can do so by changing this option.
Also, I've two questions. I noticed all drinks share the same ID. Are the attributes of the drink (colour, name, effects, etc.) determined by NBT? And I've also noticed you can only dye couches via right-clicking with dye now. I take it couch-colour is now an NBT tag too? Is there a particular reason why the couches use NBT rather than metadata, and why they have to be dyed via right-click rather than via crafting?
I'm asking this question both out of curiosity (because colouring couches which are made of wool is done a completely different way from colouring vanilla blocks) and because if I had a plugin (say, LWC) that blocked player-interaction, it would prevent "dye-vandalism" for couches, but it would also prevent everyone except the owner from sitting down. Or at least in theory, that's what would happen.
And if I'm making any strongly-opinionated imperatives this time, feel free to call me out on it. This time I proofread, so there's no excuse for me.
Lots of people have suggested wide-screen (presumably multi-block) TVs, but IMO, nobody has suggested a (good) reason for implementing it. I'm against the idea as is, not because of the wide-screen TV itself, but because I believe it's a slippery slope. People want one modern thing, then another, then etc., and it eventually begins to go against the vanilla theme without adding much utility/content. Stuff like the blender and microwave, I find to encroach on the consistency of the vanilla theme, but at least they look nice and perform a useful/interesting function, so if the wide-screen TV can do the same, then I'd be open to it.
Also, concerning blenders, could you add the ability to sneak-right-click to add items in one at a time (and sneak-left-click to remove one at a time)? I know this sounds ridiculous but... it feels more convenient having a stack of items and putting in the amount you want, one at a time, than having to make a stack of just the right amount and putting the entire stack in at once.

i dont want a ultra modern hd tv i just want a widescreen tv
First off let me say great mod! I do have one small issue/bug with the dishwasher. I have added items through the recipe API and those items will get repaired, but i can't start the dishwasher with some of them in there. I have to put something else in and then take it out and put the items in. I also can't shift click them in.

You're kidding, right? A response like that is like me complaining that a requested-weapon is overpowered and you saying, "Well, I don't want a 101-damage sword, just a 100-damage sword."
Also, my complaint was about widescreen TVs. I'm not sure how, from the standpoint of being a furniture mod, a "ultra modern hd tv" would be different from a widescreen TV. HD TVs are not that far of a technological leap from flatscreens, in terms of time.

Only problem with the sneak right click thing... That command is used for the blender when mixing and if Mr.Crayfish was to change it then he would have to reconfuigure it and reallly he wouldn't like to do that right now.
