This mod looks exactly like what I've been looking for since about 5 minutes after I watched Fallen Kingdom for the first time! Definitely downloading soon
Suggestion: Give more explanation on some of the ambiguous notes in the original post.
Features:
- Endermen can act more like Slendermen having side effects on players
- SPAAAACE!
- New hell dimension variation
While I can guess all I want and spend all the hours I want trying to figure it out, I have no idea what the space dimension is or how to get to it, OR what the new hell dimension variation is or (if it isn't simply a modified Nether) how to get to it. Since the most recent videos I can find on this mod are from 2 years ago, this would be quite convenient. And knowing how the Endermen are going to affect me would be nice before approaching them... or I guess in this mod's case, being charged by them
okay i know this thread has been pretty dead but this looks like an amazing concept for a mod and one that if was 1.7 i could use some features of for a pack im planning hopefully this gets updated one day id love to use it.

Sorry about that. This mod isn't on my priority list at the moment because of the shear amount of work I have on my plate. I wish I had the time to update this but just not at the moment. I'm glad there is still interest in this mod even after such a long time being on hold.
Thats perfectly understandable if you ever do get around to updating it though it would fit in nixely for my modpack I have followed the thread so if it does update ill know =)
This mod just got added to the Journey to the Core modpack on the Technic Launcher. I suggest checking it out if you like caves and a hardcore survival challenge
I'm having trouble finding the config file to start messing with. I found the one message that said to look elsewhere for another file in 'world' folder. I'm not exactly sure where that would be. I have such a file under Cofh, but nothing about ESM in their, and searching for the file in question is geting a null reply.
Any ideas? Posting here and then off to read all the forum posts to sift for clues

There is some minor save/load issues with the config file I'm working on fixing but if it does indeed exist it will be in the world save folder, the folder where Minecraft saves the region data, dimensions, etc for that particular world.
Ok, so make a world, get the config file from the folder, change configs, and then add it back in and/or use it to modify each world as you create them?

You'd need to edit them as they are created. I'm working on a better way of doing configs as this system was implemented before I converted ESM to forge.
Any word on the update? Please tell us about how you are doing and how the updates are coming along. I understand you have other mods to attend to also, but I really do love the fact that you decided to revive this mod.

Update? That was actually done a few days ago, I also have a new fancy site for it too. That nether fort was added as promised and I added in lots of new stuff including the much requested breaching creeper AI rewrite and digging zombies! The mobs also seem to be much more persistent at getting to the player now. Even though I have other mods to work on I do have a fancy new dev workspace layout that allows me to multitask meaning I can work on this at the same time as my other mods now as well as push out bug fixes VERY quick!
I loaded th ESM with Monstergirls in a new world with just millenaire and mca, and set difficulty to 3. Was a really fun 1/2 hour before i had to get to work. I spawned in about 20 guards from mca and it was an all night battle defending the village.
-I did notice a couple of things: Creepers/creepergirls/chargedcreepers seemed to despawn at the edge of the village. This might be part of millenaire, to prevent griefing on the buildings.
-pathing and spawner of monstergirls was on par with other mobs.
-long range skeleton snipers are evil
-At one point i believe i had an enderman near, as i heard him and then got nausea and blindness. If that is configurable, i'll turn it off. It makes it impossible to really defend against anything else at the same time.
-I was getting much better results than just adding it into my modpack. Other mods already there are zombie awareness, special ai, and highlands. So i'll go test out whether the other mob mods or biomes caused the difference.
Question: even during day, i heard constant creeper explosions. Is this creepers below me dying or exploding for some reason?

Remember: You are unique... Just like everyone else

And the owner is now updating it to 1.7.10

Turn them on in the main config and go to the End or Nether and find out

ESM has all of it's necessary configs already in the world directories and really doesn't need the excessive configs that EnviroMine does.
PS: There is currently a modpack I'm helping out with that is using this mod if anyone is interested:
