Oh, are you talking about the one you posted about? the one you go to by swimming with squids while holding a dragon egg and has wool boots, diamond saws, steam boiler/engines, and coffee beans that makes coffee for speed boost effects?

Yup, exactly. The one with bootsies for the wolfsies feetsies.
I understand that FC wants to finish polishing this and making it truly feature-complete before moving on to other projects, and that's very commendable (aside from the indisputable quality of his work/design, it's a large part of why I'm going to throw money at anything he develops in the future, because he's proven he can be trusted to see his projects through to the end, which seems to be a very rare quality for developers these days).
That being said, does anyone know where the best place to watch for info/announcements regarding RTH would be?
I recently missed out on a Kickstarter for a remake of my favorite game growing up, which saddened me. I'd like to ensure I don't miss out on that for RTH (if the Kickstarter route is taken), or any other early access type deals, considering BTW has also become one of my favorite games.
I do watch the announcement forum on the official BTW forums, figuring that'd be a good place for it, but of course I'm a bit paranoid that it'll get its own thread/forum somewhere else without me noticing until it's too late.
So yeah, the question is, where should I specifically be looking to ensure I know when RTH news becomes available? Thanks to anyone who knows.
(Note: Please no idle speculation. I can do that much on my own.)

The most up to date news would be the BTW forums- specifically the dev diary thread.
Also might be worth following FC on twitter.

A mighty machine built within the wake
Of a long dead dream, little demon awake
The citizens sleep, never quite knowing when
The device will reawaken, hungry again.
With a torch, the space where it exists has light level of 14, and the adjacent spaces have a light level 13.
With the candle it seems the space it's in is also light level 14, but its adjacent spaces are also 14. So it looks like the candle has a slightly larger range than the torch.
I can smelt a bucket of milk into 7 ingots. But I can't smelt a bucket of chocolate milk into 7 ingots. I can only conclude that chocolate is an excellent insulator.
If I walk on cake I sink down about 1/16 of a block into the cake, but I don't sink into cake batter.
Also walking on cake and batter seems to be as fast as walking on gravel.
With the sapling icons, Oak, Birch, Spruce, and Jungle saplings rest on the bottom, but Blood Wood sapling kind of floats.
Are the eyes of jungle spiders and angry wolves supposed to glow in the dark? I tried turning off all the MCPatcher special features, but I still can't get them to glow.
I started a new world with large biomes. I spawned in the desert and checked my starter kit in the bonus chest. I looked around the desert wondering what I was going to eat. I picked up some cactus and walked to a river for some reed. I dropped a reed in the river, so I jumped in to get it. A squid ate me, and I died.
I respawn and walk till I find a desert village. It is completely empty. I keep walking and see a jungle biome to the left and a taiga to the right. I pick the jungle hoping I could eat some cocoa. I climb a jungle tree in search of cocoa, and spider shot web at me and kills me.
Got in the mood to play BTW again, but I encountered an issue. When using the current launcher if I exit a world it does not show up in the list, they are there in the saves folder but they will not show up in game. I have not had this issue with any other instances so I am at a loss as to what the problem could be (other then with BTW itself but I would think this would have found by now if it was the issue)
EDIT: nevermind, ignore me. 1.5.2 Minecraft does not play well with the launchers ability to direct into sub folders... should have thought about that... I feel dumb... Now I just have to learn to be careful enough to get at least to making a compass before dieing...
Great, now I want to see guardians from ocean monuments fighting BTW squids

Ah, didn't know about the Twitter. I don't have an account, but I bookmarked it to check back. I'll keep an eye on the dev diary too, thanks!

Is this correct?
Yeah...let me get right on those...
In the second video he mentions a BTW factory farm video. It's good too - shows some of what is possible with BTW automation.

Do no mock the ocelots. They are absolutely perfect as they are
