I killed a mini golem and it left a block behind that I cannot remove. You can see in the screenshot that the block is sitting off-grid. Any thoughts on this?
MOC will run without CMS, but in 1.7.10 you couldn't disable mobs without CMS.
yes, you have to mod the CMS config files to adjust mob spawn settings, even if you have them disabled in the MOC files as CMS overrides those.
MocSettings config file, turn off elephant bulldoze.
Thanks!
My war elephant is now ready.
Though, I do wish there where other mounts that would attack enemies because it's rather hard to hit things from the back of an elephant.
The models look amazing!! Could they possibly be back-ported to 1.7.10 version, please? Im stuck on it since my other favourite mods are stuck on it too.
Guys just letting you know the official mo creature server is down for upgrading to 1.10 so you cant join as for now. it will be up once we are all set!
Not sure if it's been reported before or not, or whether it just my setup of numerous mods (I've tried with JUST mo'Creatures/forge installed & created a brand new world to check - so it's not another MOD causing problem) but for some reason certain Mobs are spawning even though I turned them off with the In-Game GUI - even checking the Config file the mobs I chose not to spawn show 'false' within their section
I only noticed that they were spawning today in my 1.10.2 Single player game when I saw an Cave Ogre underground while Mining & found a nearby village (where I was mining) building almost completely demolished as though a Big Golem had spawned (FYI it was fully intact before I went mining)
I also noticed at this village that Ents were present even though I turned these off
Mods Installed
Bailey Dailies, Better Title Screen, Bloodmoon, Mo'Creatures, FinderCompass, Gravestone, Journeymap, Just Enough Items, Minecraft Comes Alive, More Fuel Mod, One Click Crafting, Optifine, Roguelike Dungeons, ToroHealth Damage Indicators
Mobs I had disabled from spawning, but still spawning (apparently)
Ents, Big Golem, Ogre, Manticore, Mini Golem, Roach, Fly
Incidentally - I forgot to mention I use MultiMC as my launcher but have tried it with official launcher and same thing happens

I am having an issue with the Manticore. On a server, we have hatched a couple. Problem is, once the creatures grow, they come to attack other players, even their owners! This is a bit infuriating since getting the egg is no easy task.

Any help? I've not an idea on this one.
I'll investigate. You hatched them using the eggs that drop from slaying a manticore and not by using creative spawn eggs right?

Yes, we all hatched our Manticore from dropped eggs. So far, we've done three, all with the same result. I doubt the kind makes any difference, but since I last logged on it was two Dark and one Poison. We're also playing 1.8.9 version.
When I have a problem I usually start afresh by clearing everything out of Minecraft folder (after backing it up of course)
Install & Run a clean version of Minecraft - check it works OK
> Add Forge - run AGAIN to make sure that runs OK BEFORE adding any MODs
> Then add each MOD ONE-AT-A-TIME & recheck the game runs OK....
When the game crashes then I'll know what MOD is causing the problem..
Your Crash report above doesn't look like a normal MC log - so it's hard to tell if it is CMS causing the problem or a MOD
I did a google & found this which seems to point to folders or Names having 'special characters' such as Exclamation marks '!'.
Its for old version of MC but it may be still relevant
faster way is to do it half at a time. remove half, if no bug it is in the other half. if bug, it is still there. repeat as needed to get down to a few mods to test one at a time.

Ahh that explains it. I think that bug fix has not been ported to 1.8.9. It has been fixed for 1.10

OK thank you. I will go through cms then.
Thanks!

I realy like the new big cat models and bear mounts
he plans on it.
Thank you that worked
Is there a place we can go to specifically to report bugs? Like a github or something?
The Ad.fly link on your website for the MCv1.10.2 compatible version is broken. Please fix it. I am glad that the link on this forum is working.

I think this is the best place but there is also official website where you can report as well.
Flying on a wyvern crashs the game flight is already set to true what can be done?
oh and btw i am using a map from single player on a mc server with forge
i use nbt explorer to edit the server to accept the mods in the level.dat file
and i use cmd to run the server with Xms7168M -Xmx8192M and realtime
you might wanna post crash log. they usually need crash log to see and fix (and faster?)

CMS is a b--ch. Why? Well, each time I try to load MC with Mo' Creatures, I end up with errors like this:
