Now to my question: Where's Jeeves? When I first started, He was chillin by the orange wool stand and I "talked" to him, but didn't have anythign to trade yet. Now I've got things to trade, yet I can't find him anywhere. Thanks!
Just wanted to start off by saying how truly amazing this map is, it's been such a long time since I've sat and played this game longer than an hour lol. I really enjoy the type of feel it gives (survival/adv.) but I ran into a problem and I tried to do something? Idk. I'm in Babylon, I know what i did to get here but I got a message saying "Hmm. Something happened to our fun little trials. Give me a moment to look into this." I'm oddly stuck and thinking way outside the box has failed me. Is this normal or am I missing something?
First things first, this really was an amazing map. It didn't provide as much playtime as I first thought it would (about 18 hours for 3 people to beat the whole thing), but it really felt like a unique experience that I will remember for years to come. Although With all I loved about the map, I had my own gripes about certain bosses and difficulty.
Negatives:
1. The atlantis boss was extremely underwhelming for the dungeon it was placed in, it honestly felt like a normal mob and made it feel a lot less memorable.
2. The Rhodes blaze boss really didn't feel like anything special and I wish it had some more dynamics to it.
3. The grand canyon boss I didn't even realized I killed...
4. The temple of artemis also had an underwhelming boss that almost felt weaker than the mobs surrounding it.
5. The Taj Mahal boss was a cool concept but it felt weak when you got close to it.
6. The batman reference had no apparent way out and a friend was stuck in there for half an hour frustrated out of his mind before needing to be tp-ed out. If there is a proper solution it should be a little more obvious
After all the negatives I have to commend you on a few things.
That final boss... holy ****
The Babylon Boss really had me thinking about each riddle, and the debuff button was a nice touch
The Benjamin Button with infinity... LOL
That one pyramid with the spawner cube, we cleared that out simply because it was harder than anything else in the map. (almost killed me for my first death) (still didn't die though c:)
That hand island is really fun for one person when you go there with two, one aggros EVERY pigman (me :/) and the other simply climbs the hand to get the wool while saying "you aggro-ed them, they like me"
So, so sorry about forgetting the spoiler!! I realized I had forgotten after I got to work today and felt terrible. Fixed.
No problem at all man; I will still be super stoked when we reach the final boss And really I'm just glad this could result in a bug fix so early, so that no one else will have the same problem. I'll go through the steps you listed. Thanks for the quick and helpful response!
I believe reward chests only spawn when you retrieve wool blocks, but not the adventure blocks. That's the way it seems to be explained in the original post, and that's the way it's worked out for me so far. Hope that helps!
I havent played in a while, just booted MC back up because the map looks amazing.
Quick question, everything's going ok, i've done 2 wonders already, but when i place the block on the respective "pedestrials", I get:
Congratulations message
Music
Fireworks
NO REWARD CHEST.
Why is my game not spawning a chest?
Furthermore you say "Command blocks MUST be activated" and for the first time, I've googled this, and cannot find neither the options to turn them on nor the command.
any help?
Only wools get reward chests. And you must have command blocks enabled if you're getting messages, sounds, and fireworks, so everything is good!
First off, this is awesome and I'm loving it. Now to my question: Where's Jeeves? When I first started, He was chillin by the orange wool stand and I "talked" to him, but didn't have anythign to trade yet. Now I've got things to trade, yet I can't find him anywhere. Thanks!
He may have wandered outside of the mausoleum if you kept the gate open, or he's in some sneaky spot in there. Not sure.
Trying to upload the map on my Realms server and get the error "Selected world 'Wayward Wonders' is too big!"
Is there any way around this?
Thank you!
A smaller version of this map is in the works. May not be CTM, but will still showcase the wonders.

You're missing something! Look for an out of place button!

-I guess it's very difficult to make a boss balanced for 1 person versus more. They were all tested based on the assumption that 1 player has really good gear. If you're difficulty was at hard, I'm sorry they were underpowered.
-The batman reference was meant to make the player did what he did; rise out of the circular escape, in hipster parkour fashion. The big setup of fences and ladders was meant to be a parkour challenge.
-Glad you liked the final boss. Too bad you didn't record because I would have liked to see how it happened!
Thanks for all the feedback and comments. Nice to hear how things are going for people. Hopefully you did have a great time.

Hey Mondy! I just want to say first of all that im really enjoying this map! Im playing this map with both some friends and on my own, and I love how each time I play there is a different adventure full of excitement. Great job! I know I could probably just google or look here on the forums but is this the only map you have made? Have you made others or are you planing to? Just some thoughts off the top of my head. Anyway, great map! Really something fresh that I havent seen in MC for a loooongg time!
Question since i'm stuck. I cleared out the Grand Canyon area and started the fight with Antaeus. During the fight I did die and I had to march my way back over there (forgot the set my spawn there >.<). On the way back, the message that he had been slain came up in chat, even thought I hadn't killed him yet. I went back to the manor and he was still there so I killed him then. However he didn't drop the block for the monument. I looked all over the house since the Adventure Block chest just had the note in it. Am I missing something, or did something else go wrong? Have a fix for what I can do to continue? Thanks!

Yes, this problem results from a render distance issue. What happens is the redstone loads in first before the mobs and thinks the boss is dead. I'm currently putting in a failsafe so this doesn't happen. For you though, you can defeat the boss anyway, and put a piece of dirt on the canyon pedestal. Sorry this happened!
I'm in the batman area, and every time I attempt to get out, whether it be parkour or just pillaring, I get about 10 blocks up and it teleports me back to the jail cell saying my punishment must be more severe. Did something break or is this intended? I'm thinking the only thing more severe is to die, but not sure if that'll make me lose all my gear?

great map so far. Loved the gardens of babylon
It was wired to only happen once, so not sure why it's repeating. I'll look into it. Teleport to -64 71 224 to get back to spawn. Sorry you encountered this. Thank you for commenting!
Thanks for an amazing adventure map, loving it so far.
I've sadly run across an issue:
I've been unfortunate in having Thrax kill me and disable the nether portal to his location as I was trying to make a run for it when I realised I couldn't beat him due to lack of arrows. I then tried to return to his lair only to be teleported to another portal atop a bedrock block (which I assume contains some redstone/command block magic).
Any suggestion as to how to recover from this situation without restarting?
I was also wondering:
Just how much HP/armor are you giving the bosses as some of them are taking excruciatingly long to kill even with decent weaponry.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to look into my post =)

Try breaking the new portal and gamemode 3 up to the surface of the nether. I'm not in game so don't really know how to help. And the bosses are meant to be tough, requiring good gear and good use of potions.
In the gardens of Babylon, I clicked the button that is on bedrock in the trial marked '?'. After that, it said 'Hmm. Something appears to have happened to our fun trials. Give me a moment to look into this'. And nothing has happened. What do I do next?
