So when I let the hat be viewed its just a black square. I have a skin with a hood and it hides her face on here lol is there something I should hit or is it a bug?
also, on your first video, how does that guy have such a small pencil size? I would love to use that
cool program. I tried to download and did but when I opened the jar file and the mcskin3D.exe but it came up with an error saying:

I had just finished my skin and was about to upload it manually, as it timed out when I attempted to do it on the program. That error had no report but Im sure that was my CPU's fault. BTW great skin editor! Good luck.
This is great! I would really like to see:Brush sizeNoiseFill bucketI know these are planned, but how soon will they come out? I reeeaaaaalllyy need them!
I could either have them implemented super-shoddily and broken in a few minutes, or I could take my time and have a very feature-complete version 1.3 for the masses... I take the latter :smile.gif:
How can you see the 2D .png file that you're editing, cause I'd like to continue in paint sometimes cause it's easier for some stuff (mirroring, bucket tool etc.)
2D texture mode; see the toolbar, or one of the videos which shows it.

Check View < Transparency Mode. That pencil is the smallest it can be (1 pixel), so I'm not sure. He may be editing a higher quality skin, that's why.

Humm strange, did you have any strange characters in your username? Can you reproduce it? Try uploading twice in a row, usually that works (it takes a while for it to make the initial connection, and it likes to time out.. may increase the time from 10 to 20..)
Also, trouble installing. (I'm dumb with computers.)
Idk what one I want..... I have RAR extract frog, and i be having on windows 7.(?)
Keep getting some sort of error with zip, and it won't open with RAR.... :sad.gif:
<nitpick>
I feel I should mention this is not packaged in JAR files. Those are used by Java. This program does not use Java.

Anyways, neat program. Friend of mine just pointed me your way. I'm not really much of a skin maker, but I'll definitely be keeping this around for when/if I decide to dabble in it. :tongue.gif:

Except it's totally different.
Thank you. Mouse binding will be supported in a future version.

Not yet. Future version.
Extract it first!
Yes, it'll support blocks later.
It may not work with Mono out of the box, due to reliance on custom Win32 controls. Languages would be nice! Later version though.

If you did this, you might be one of the most famous Minecrafters ever....
Reproduce what?

It is planned, probably for version 1.4.
All of the text is hardcoded right now. I'd implement a custom language system, so don't worry about it for now.
